I was very unhappy about the way you have to pay extra money for pick up and to reserve seats and also about having to get authorisation for mobility scooters none of which is said in the brochure .these things should be in the stated price not left til you go to book

Thank you for contacting us.
Pickup supplements are not required for every pick up and change from tour to tour depending on the route, it would not be possible to include this into the price until we know which pick up you want.
We do not include seat reservation automatically a some people do not want to reserve a seat.
We require checks for mobility scooters as there is a weight and size limit along with legal requirements for the battery type we can carry onboard coaches. There is also limited space on board coaches and so we must check to ensure that there will be space for your scooter.
We hope that the above makes our booking process decisions clearer.
Never again
Over seven hours on a bus to travel just over 100 miles to London not my idea of fun. No one at the bus parking place to direct us to the theatre and the map provided was hopeless. After the show a further hour and twenty minutes to get to the hotel. A trip best forgotten and never to be repeated.

Length of time on coach and all different pick ups. Getting dropped off miles from your show. Not going to hotel pre show.
No regards for age or ability.

Overall very good value for the money
Overall very good value for the money. Hotel in Torquay was very dated with much room for improvement but the staff were helpful & the inclusive food was good.
I would go again!. Well done to all the staff at The Ashley Court Hotel!.

Travel timecwas too long
Good value for money travel and accommodation. Travel time was too long. 7 hours from Scarborough pick up to Leicester. This long journey was due to many de tours for pick ups. I would have rated the three days break 5 stars if it was not for long travel time.

We booked a small weekend away from…
We booked a small weekend away from NORTHAMPTON to Torquay months ago. A few days before the holiday were informed that the pick up in NORTHAMPTON was at zero 5:3 5 am and we were going to head south to Kent which took several hours and then our journey would begin from there towards Torquay arriving mid to late afternoon. This meant we would’ve been on the bus for approximately eight hours with two comfort breaks. We didn’t bother turning up for the coach as this would’ve been distressing and too far for people of our age. We would never have booked if we had known the pickup point was not the start point. I do not recommend and once again even though we’ve paid, I didn’t bother turning up. Awful experience that would’ve been. No way.

Travel via coach usually takes around twice as long as by car, we would expect this trip to take around 8 hours. Passengers are always welcome to query travel times prior to booking.
