Good job , did in no time.. good service

The staff, from the manager to the fitter, were excellent. They explained the process, how long it would take and why. We got back early to pick it up and it was fascinating how the road assistance elements were recalibrated. We would highly recommend the Bournemouth National Windscreens office and the organisation as a whole. From booking the service via our insurance company links it was so simple.

I waited in all day and they never turned up.Rang the local office where the technician was coming from and was told that "there was a computer glitch " my job was not passed onto the technician. I was away on holiday down in Bournemouth and had to wait till Thursday 7th May( it was meant to be 06/05).Not the technicians fault, replaced the windscreen, he did a good job..I blame the office as they didn't even ring me to say Sorry, I had to ring them( no am or pm slot given just 09:00-16:30)

EXCELLENT service communication very good fitted quickly and efficiently.

Great job done but took ages to get an appointment and I wasn't prioritised when my appointment was cancelled due to damaged glass being received, so went to back to queue.

In-store staff very helpful and polite.

Easy to book. The appointment ran on time. Friendly service. I would have put 5* but my windscreen still has a resin mark left on it, which was explained why, though I didn't really understand. It's the passenger side so ok, just a shame.

Booking a home visit was pretty simple but then was some confusion regarding time of arrival. This was soon resolved with a phone call. The technician was excellent, did a good job and very friendly.

There was an issue after new screen fitted with the interior mirror fitment but this was sorted out quickly by one of the branch trouble shooters. Apart from that, all good and pleased with service.

It was all good, no complaints very informative and was done quicker than expected, who ever the technician was deserves a pay rise, explained everything that he done in detail and taken care of my car in the process.

Appointment was easy to make via car insurance. Given slot of between 9:00 and 16:30. Technician arrived around 14:15 and took approx 30 mins to complete repair. Whilst the glass on the outside (where the stone hit) does now feel smooth from inside the chip looks no different. Only time will tell if this passes an MOT.

Efficient booking in system and then work completed quickly and perfectly.

Easy experience between myself and insurance broker and national, very polite and organised my screen on a 10 year old Chrysler took longer but was kept informed, great job!

The fitter was really nice and did a great job and the secretary was very helpful and jolly also arranged a taxi for me.
All in all a very good service which you don’t often get these days

Then did precisely that.
My car a very new Defender, just bad luck, a split windscreen due to flying stone.
Fitter allayed concern, job done. Great job!
