Took too long
It took over a week to have the repair carried out which I think is too long.
it was good to be able to track the engineer's arrival on the day and he carried out a tidy job.
Would have been useful to get advice about how to protect the car out in the open while waiting for the repair and whether any water damage would be covered by the insurance

A quality job
The windscreen was replaced by a friendly experienced fitters and all the electrical features we're tested.
On the negative side, hence 4 not 5 stars, I didn't get my appointment time until the morning of the job despite ringing twice the day before. Your help desk although friendly weren't able to help with a time.

Great service
Very cheerful and friendly staff and the replacement windscreen was completed quickly. They even changed the positioning of my dashcam wire to a much neater configuration than what I had previously done!

I was kept informed at all stages from making the appointment to when the engineer arrived at our property. I requested an afternoon appointment and they willingly obliged. Very pleasant engineer. Couldn’t ask for more.
