I had an issue after they left but further communication assured me this could be resolved.
I was really happy with the whole process and the high standard of customer care.

Didn’t turn up when booked
Didn’t turn up when booked.
Re booked three days later and they then decided they couldn’t come to my house and I had to go to Diss. Not good.
Will be good when NFU bring back Autoglass!!

National windscreens Diss
National windscreens Diss provided me with excellent service. It was a rainy day when my appointment was due and I booked for an appointment at my home after 14:00. The rain had stopped just before lunch time and I was contacted by national windscreens to ask if they could come out to me there and then. I was at work at the time which is not far from my home.
I parked my car up, with the keys in and the guys did the rest! Excellent communication via txt.
National windscreens Diss we're very accommodating and very professional, I can not fault the service they provided.
