Shocking service
Initially great communication, but something went wrong with their suppliers and after that the communication was shocking. What should have been very simple became complete chaos for well over a month. Everyone I spoke to were lovely, but seems there are serious issues with the management of Gloucester and also the Bristol branch

The guys did a great job
The guys did a great job, but more than that they stayed late so that we could get back to collect the car after we got stuck in traffic.

Put a cheap thin windscreen in caused…
Put a cheap thin windscreen in caused faults to my onboard system had to go back for a better quality which should have been fitted originally 2days off work to have a cracked windscreen replaced not great

What was expected and left a little extra
The workmen turned up in a timely manner and changed the windscreen quickly and efficiently but left behind many dirty fingerprints all over the bodywork and sealant debris inside the van some of which is proving difficult to remove.
