Relatively easy to make a booking. Arrived for the appointment at the Huntingdon branch and was able to sit and wait for the vehicle in a very nice waiting room.

Very Unreliable and unprofessional service. Cancelled my appointment 3 times. When questioned they say the booking was only provisional eventhough I had confirmation emails from them.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication told 9-:30am called at 10am to see where technician was told would be midday turned up at 2pm mucked up my whole days work lost a day's wage through no communication whatsoever from you!

Amazing
Amazing. The gent call me couple days early to make me aware he can do a mobile replace. Instead on the garage. On Friday the technician arrive very polite change the windscreen in 1 hour.5*

I wouldn’t use again
Really poor experience, booked in for an appt 2 weeks later as they couldn’t fit me in before I went away (even though common vehicles model) and I got there, waited around for 2 hrs and when I went to go and see if my vehicle was ready they said it wasn’t as they had to go and collect the glass as it hadn’t been delivered. When I asked why no one thought to tell me they all pointed fingers at colleagues claiming they thought the other had. When they actually did change my glass it was 21 mins from the glass being out to replaced and checked, why the 2 hr appointment? And why not get the glass delivered a day in advance rather than risk on the day delivery for pre-booked jobs!!!

No customer care.
I liked the initial communication to arrange an appointment. Arrived 8,30am building appeared empty. Ventured into a empty reception rang a bell a guy eventually came and took my keys. About a hour later I got a call telling me that they had not got a screen for my car and needed to source one which would add a hour or more. Why??? they new my car type and exact model days before.???? After 6 hours I hadnt heard whether the car was done. So I walked b ack to the office, entered the reception and rang the bell. A lady eventually appeared and found my keys and I left. It was done ages ago but nobody called me. 5 hours hours in Dunelm killing time is a ordeal. Usually you are advised that the car is ready and told not to wash the screen with a pressure washer etc. Terrible customer service and no communication. Last time I used Autoglass and they were brilliant.

Prompt and Professional
Fast response for all communication, with utmost effort to help and make the whole experience smooth. The work was scheduled within 24 hours on first contact for the day I chose and completed within 3 hours of the scheduled time. I can only recommend the full team.
