Relatively easy to make a booking. Arrived for the appointment at the Huntingdon branch and was able to sit and wait for the vehicle in a very nice waiting room.

I would actually give it 4 and a half stars
I do not think 'great' is a good word for things like this. Having said that my experience was excellent from my initial phone contact with Adam, who was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding, and made a mutually convenient time for someone to visit me to repair the initial flaw in my windscreen, and then again to arrange appointment for full replacement after it was found not possible to repair. At National Windscreens premises the reception lady was equally welcoming, and the young man who actually did the job was informative, professional and customer orientated. The job took about 90 minutes which I was told would be the likely time scale.

Attention to detail has lacked (sadly) on this repair.
Residue left on screen, in driver’s view.
Over the VIN number there is a shard of black dislodged and it looks messy.

I was greeted by a very nice young man…
I was greeted by a very nice young man who told me roughly how long it would take to replace the windscreen and they can phone me when its ready. In fact I was in the waiting room when the car was ready. The same young man came to let me know the car was ready and explained not to wash the windscreen for a couple of days. There was no debris in the car after the windscreen had been replaced. Very pleased with the service.
