National Windscreens in Nottingham replaced my windscreen and I had my car back in 4 hours with all driver’s aid systems calibrated and working. Excellent service. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Do not use national windscreens
Do not use national windscreens queens drive in Nottingham. I took a brand new Mercedes to them to replace a windscreen and they broke my airbag sensor. They said they would fix it, when I took it back they gave the keys back to me said they couldnt fix it and off you go. I rang Hastings Direct who are equally inept and they told me to ring national windscreens to raise a complaint despite Hastings owning the relationship and contract. Absolute rubbish by both parties.

Quick and easy booking.
Very easy booking process for full windscreen replacement and calibration. I was offered an appointment within a few days. Dropped my car off before the site opened and received a text a few hours later advising it was ready for collection. Friendly staff.

Having delivered my car ito you in…
Having delivered my car ito you in immaculate body work condition and dash cam hard wired and working the day before my new windscreen fitted I collected the following day, wires just left hanging no dash cam in place, then noticed scuff marks on the body work paint work damaged , having gone back to a dash cam expert to find out my dash cam is now corrupt, I have been notified so far a photo of my car coming out with scuffs and damaged but! So far no photo of my car going into to the work shop . Still continuing for them to own up to the damage I’m 100 o/o they have done . I will follow up with the result and honestly, hopefully owning up to what has been done

The team at the Nottingham site we’re…
The team at the Nottingham site we’re absolutely brilliant from initial booking to handing over my vehicle to me.
I was made aware that the replacement would take up to four hours but i had opted to stay onsite in the visitors waiting area as i had paperwork to catch up on.
The site manager was excellent in explaining to me the process of the windscreen replacement and what was required of me before his engineers carried out the work.
The engineer was brilliant also up on hand over and explained what i needed to do for the next 78 hours to ensure the window replacement met its full curing stage, the whole installation took far less then the four hours initially stated.
Great team and top lads.
