National Windscreens in Nottingham replaced my windscreen and I had my car back in 4 hours with all driver’s aid systems calibrated and working. Excellent service. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Booking time was changed
Got scratched and indent on my car glass. Got a slot booked in the morning. However, The timings was changed causing inconvenience.

Not sure why I’m paying for windscreen…
Not sure why I’m paying for windscreen cover if it’s not even noticeable that you’ve “fixed” a cracked windscreen. Don’t even think it’ll pass an MOT so realistically a complete waste of time for the polite young man who did his best and my bank account for paying for cover that hasn’t done the job it says it will.

Repair, not replacement
Very polite and helpful staff. Offered to mend the stonechip rather than replace the windscreen, saving £100. Still slightly visible, but as it is under field of view I am happy with result.
