A bit disappointed with the experience overall
I initially booked a chip repair with National Windscreens, but the wait for an appointment was far too long. By the time someone came out, the chip had unfortunately grown, which likely compromised the effectiveness of the repair. I wasn’t happy with the result and ended up having to request a full windscreen replacement instead.
What made things more frustrating was the long delay between appointments — especially for the second visit, which should have been prioritised given the circumstances. While the team were polite and helpful on the day, the long wait times between appointments really let the service down.
A quicker response could have prevented the issue escalating and saved me time and extra cost.

Extremely professional
Extremely professional, quick work and quite friendly.
Left my car, walked around, came back and all was good. Good installation as far as I am aware, nothing bad has happened and I don't think anything will, it's been almost 2 weeks already. Mindful of what was already on my windscreen (dash camera) and they kindly put it to the side. Much faster than originally told but could potentially be because I was the first car in the morning. In any case, god forbid I ever have to do this again, National Windscreens is where I will go.

Change of location
I had to change the address of my vehicle location at short notice which was no problem at all. As I wasn't able to be present myself, the invoice was emailed to me, with pictures including before and after glass replacement.

Honda CRV windscreen exchange
I'm happy with exchanging main windscreen, they did great job but musking windscreen trims at my Honda CRV are in horrible condition. Previously I thought it's just one side was broken as they told me. They bought new one and instead of fitting in the right way, they glued it using their sticking rubber. After few days this trim just pop up itself and was loose. Again they come to fix it properly and still doesn't work because it's moving, it was glued using thaat their sticking rubber. And that day, I noticed that the second one which supposed to be good is broken too. I can easily pull up from my car, it's also fit on that their sticking black rubber. Poor service. That's why I'm giving only 3 stars, just for the windscreen.
Double check and very carefully before you sign their job done

Overall a very positive experience
National Windscreens fixed a stone chip on my screen (or rather more than one - I hadn't noticed the other!) and dealt with my partner very thoughtfully. The fitter thoroughly explained what he'd done and mentioned that there might be a slightly visible mend on one, but to be honest I can't see it. Really easy to organise from start to finish.

My windscreen was the one with all the…
My windscreen was the one with all the electrics in it. The windscreen itself was replaced fine but when i drove home none of the electrics worked. I called National windscreens and they said bring it back, I made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 12pm. They told me it would take between 30 and 120 mins, Well Ok, I walked around in the rain for two hours and then phoned to check progress wherby I was informed that they hadn't had a chance to look at it and they would need it for another two hours!!! No chance, I live fifteen miles from the site and this completley ruined my afternoon. No communication whatsover. I will not use them again and my van is still without the electrics! Very unhappy customer.
