Had a large crack in top passenger side of my windscreen, rang up and booked in for a replacement through my insurance. No issues nice and simple and job was completed.

Friendly, welcoming and informative
I called into the branch a week before my appointment to double check it was long enough to also calibrate driving aids. I was both welcomed and reassured. On the day I was again welcomed in person and subsequently contacted by phone to be made aware of a concern. The whole process was shorter than expected and I was reassured about driving after the windscreen replacement and given realistic advice about car washing.

The screen was changed very quickly once the booking had been arranged
The screen was changed very quickly and with no fuss. Although their was a couple of weeks delay in getting the booking.

Friendly and approachable staff
Lots of parking. Felt very comfortable entering the building with very clear signs to reception. Very friendly and approachable staff, who answered any questions I had and made sure to tell me when to expect a call from them to pick up my vehicle. Would recommend them 👌

Small windscreen crack.
Available booking slot was very next day so not sure if I got lucky. The staff member upon arrival was very friendly and helpful, explained everything in detail and fixed the crack in the windscreen much faster then I expected. Overall pleased.

Generic reminder lost my faith in your promise.
I booked my MOT for the day after the screen replacement was booked but the screen was delayed until the next day. The person who rang promised to get me in as first job which would have just left time for the glue to set and get to the MOT centre but when the reminder came it said the screen could be any time that day so I re-booked the MOT for the next slot which was a week later. As it turned out the screen was fitted in time for the original MOT appointment but the reminder made me unsure. Last time I had a screen replaced it was delayed and I failed the MOT so I didn't want to risk it again. Sending out "generic" reminders is ok but if it contradicts your promises it doesn't give me much faith in getting the job done to a deadline.

Once it was established that my windscreen could not be replaced at my home the service was excellent - the job was done in less than the time quoted - and I also received a cup of coffee in warm comfortable surroundings while I waited - Thank you.

Booking process was nice and easy as…
Booking process was nice and easy as was paying for the windscreen.
Dropped my car off with no issue the member of staff I dealt with when dropping it off let me drop it off just before 8:30.
However when I went to collect my car there was 5 members of staff all sat at their desks talking amongst themselves and I was stood waiting for around 10 minutes before someone actually came to the front desk to ask any details
