Arrived at 0930 and cracked on with it! (Pardon then pun.)

Good service, but found some scratches on glass
Good service. Timely appointment. Just a little upset that there were few obvious scratches on the glass that I only noticed the following day.

Fitter arrived on time.
Fitter arrived on time.
Polite and informative.
After the screen was fitted and fitter had gone i turned the wipers on only to find the drivers side was hitting the A post outer side trim.
There was dirty marks either side of the inner A pillar trims.
My microphone was hanging down too.
I used the car for a couple of days and during a trip away the N/S/F wiper arm nut come loose causing the wiper arm to crash into O/S/F .
I have now cleaned and fixed everything myself .
Not impressed at all!!

NATIONAL WINDSCREENS - SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT
The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Excellent communication with regular updates.
I waited at the reception waiting room that was provided for Customers and they looked after me very well. Excellent Customer Service.
The Windscreen was replaced ahead of schedule and I was quite astonished and impressed.
Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend National Windscreens.

Excellent Service
We have just had our windscreen replaced today at short notice. This company could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Troy and his team were extremely friendly and got the job finished sooner than expected. I hope I don’t need a new windscreen again but if I do then Troy will be the first person to call.
