Friendly staff and screen was fixed in 45 mins! Provided me with safety instructions before I left. Can't fault them will definitely be coming back (if I hit another pheasant)

Overall, excellent service
Initial service was unacceptable, booked for service, it was morning appointment at 8am, when I get there staff told me they had a wrong wind screen, I was very angry, they should have told me day before, if I know that I wouldn't be travelling from Andover to Salisbury early in the morning. I think site Manager is Simon, he sorted all those issues within a day therefore he received 10/10 with his leadership and management skills.

Ran out of resin
The engineer was polite and did a good job but unfortunately ran out of resin part way though and had to drive all the way back to Salisbury (nearly a 60 mile round trip) for a replacement as he didn't have a spare on board which delayed the repair.

It was very disappointing that the Dash-cam fell down the day after having the windscreen changed and although I was informed that the cables needed to be pushed back under the roof panel I was not informed that the dash cam was not stuck correctly.
