Quite disappointed with the point of drop off and collection , glass everywhere which we were lucky to not get a puncture and no allocated parking .

The person who turned up was great (sorry forgot name). Told me it might break my widow screen as there was chips close together. He managed to fix them with no issues. Was a great job done recommend to anyone.

Fast response to my request, rapid appointment at a local depot and good service in and out for a windscreen change in 2 hours. Personal service in the depot was excellent. Very satisfied with the work.

Where to start
Suppose to be fitting at my home on Tuesday.
Thursday before tried to change to another day or bring to unit because no staff.
Agreed someone would come out Monday!
Text Sunday to remind me to bring to unit Tuesday!
Went on Mondays pervert call week before, no slot available.
So after numerous calls complaints had to take care of in on Tuesday without a mot!
Lads fitting were ok!
Lead up and during is utter crap, take a luck are waiting room in Scunthorpe and get back to me!
Don’t think that will happen so 1star service with 5 star promises!
Not even correct tel number on back of a 2024 company van ffs

Very helpful staff on telephone after windscreen damage, although initially believing screen had a hairline crack and paying excess for new screen, clarified with Scunthorpe repair shop damage only a chip, repaired and excess payment refunded promptly.

I was originally told upto 4 hours however the car was ready in less then 2 great service great staff very happy with the overall service.

I was happy with the technician that arrived very promptly. He was very professional. Change my front screen cleaned up behind with all the broken glass. Made my vehicle safe. Advise me don’t wash three days and also advised me not to drive for half an hour to allow the bond to set overall I would come back to national windscreens again if I had the need to good job guys

The bloke who came out was great, definitely knew what he was doing, and very polite, if there is an employee incentive scheme or reward scheme I should say, he should be rewarded with something.

The best windscreen replacement I’ve ever had, ultra professional, explained everything and explained how to re set up the Heads Up Display in the car and done very quickly on quite a rare car. Dave the fitter at Scunthorpe was an absolutely top bloke if I could give them 11/10 I would. Highly recommended
