I have already wrote a review on your survey that was sent out via email.
Your customer service and booking service was great.
The fitting of the windscreen was ok. The person who fitted the windscreen left bonding glue on the inside of windscreen and on the outside bodywork of my car.
My interior casing that hides my lane assist camara and sensors was damaged and now rattles and I have been finding small shards of plastic in the front of car on the seats and floor. My interior rear mirror was made so loose that it vibrates.
My windscreen wipers have not been the same since the screen was replaced as the have not been put on correctly. They seem to trip over other and also don't clear the screen area like they used to and leave rubber marks on the windscreen. My windscreen wipers were perfect before the car went in so it is not that they are old and worn, its they are not set up properly.

Technician did a great job
Technician did a great job. Score would have improved if the timing was more accurate. We were booked in 3rd job of the day but had no idea how long the other jobs were likely to take and he didn’t arrive until late afternoon.

Appointments need to be more accurate timings
Was scheduled for 10:00 appointment drop off and informed it will be 4 hours so around 14:00 it will be ready, didn't get a call till 15:30 that the car ready. From car app, the car wasn't moved or started on until 13:00. The timings need to be more accurate and on time and actually start on my car when it was booked in for than later.
