Technician came to my holiday cottage which I was renting in Cornwall and fixed a crack in the windscreen on the LHS. He explained the work and was very courteous.
Liaison with my insurers was efficiently handled by National Windscreens.

Left my car window in a state where if I open it, it doesn’t always close. They were helpful when I phoned about it and sent someone out who ‘fixed it’ but sadly it still does it and now I cba to ring again
