I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received this afternoon at the Stafford branch.
Mollie was very courteous and helpful and whilst voicing concerns that the chip in my windscreen might not be repairable she sought a second opinion and we all agreed that it could be attempted on a 'what have I got to lose' basis.
Craig S carried out the repair which is near invisible in no more than 20 minutes.
All of this was done on a 'walk-in' basis following a three week drawn out process at another provider (starting with 'auto' and ending with 'glass') because my windscreen 'couldn't be repaired'. After two deferred appointments I arrived there today (after an email confirmation) but the windscreen didn't!
I would recommend the Stafford branch to anyone that asked. There's even a magic button at reception but you'll have to ask Mollie about that.

Rush job on a Saturday morning
Rush job on a Saturday morning, resulted in windscreen wipers not correctly adjusted and loose, with the drivers side falling off the windscreen or tangling with the passenger side one.
Totally unsafe and dangerous to be sent out like that especially in the stormy weather we were having at the time.
Had to go to another garage to get them fixed. No offer of compensation for major inconvenience caused by this happening on a bank holiday and not being able to use the car until the Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting.
