We where asked to get you early as soon as you opened If it was an hour later it would have been much better for us You advised us prior that it would take four hours On arrival we were told the Cupra was easy to do and would only take two hours We could have waited in the area Your venue is many miles from our house Very happy with work

Very efficient and friendly service
Very efficient and friendly service. The only problem was finding the repair centre in the extensive industrial estate which has only a generic postcode. We had to phone to get directions which took a while to get hold of the local manager.
