It was full of incompetence
It was full of incompetence! Poor communication, poor service first windscreen tried to replace cracked waited another day replaced and cut through the winscreen loom had to be taken to Daff to be rewired !Brand new lorry! Now won’t admit they caused the damage! A clean cut just by the windscreen behind panel , who else could it be?!?!?!?!?

Failed to reconnect washer hose
Failed to reconnect washer hose, the sensor array in the top middle of the windscreen is wonky and a few clips were missing inside the engine bay. Took 4-5 hours which is fine if they were to do decent enough job. Never going to use them again, would rather pay more somewhere else.
