The experience with Audrey was fantastic. She made me feel like a valued member. She was patient, thoughtful, thorough, and efficient. With her assistance I was also able to resolve an account verification issue I had with VSP.com in order to complete my registration and successfully login.

Audrey went beyond just reviewing the coverage under my plan. She checked why I hadn't yet received my cards and corrected my mailing address to fix the problem. She also helped my husband and me combine our plans to save us money on premiums!

I called because I needed assistance on making sure my payment information was updated. I also had questions about my plan but I didn’t have to ask all of them because I had an awesome lady named Natalie who was so thorough and thoughtful at the same time. It was such a wonderful experience speaking with her today. She knew exactly what I needed before I could ask. If I had my own company I would want Natalie on my team. You rock Natalie!!!!!

Samantha was so sweet and polite. I called to say my payment wasn't drafted from my account and she said that it wasn't because of a card problem. I explained fraud on that account and asked if I could be reinstated and she did that for me with my new card # she assured me everything would be ok.
