I sent for a security camara and it has not been delivered, they sent me a tracking number and it says its been delivered, we checked with royal mail, and other delivery companies with no luck, we have a ring door bell so i know it never got here,just wish i had seen the reviwes first. We have now asked for another one or money back. Lets see what happens
I ordered an illusion rug paid $60, they emailed me 6 months ago that it was unavailable per company they get it from. I also ordered 2 2020 Christmas ornaments and 2 gyroscopes with base. For the latter order, I recieved the 2 ornaments not the gyroscopes $40 not included tax. They were emailing me wanting all the information. I sent them pictures, of screenshots I saved! They said they would refund me per email. I sent many emails promising refund! 6 months later...NOTHING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

If I could leave no stars I might feel somewhat pleased. I placed an order on sept 11 for 2 illusional rugs. It's been over a month and my items have not been shipped or arrived! I have reached out customer service and I'm told to give my paypal information for refund, I didnt use paypal to pay! And when I said this back, I habent been contacted since. I will making a lawsuit claim on top class action lawsuits. Bullshyt ass scammers UPDATE: AFTER having reached out by email, seriously about 20x and leaving this review, someone contacted me and refunded my money. I got it back today. I changed my stars from 1 to 3 because I was able to get my refund that I seriously thought was scammed and gone. I would have rather had my rugs, but THANK YOU for returning my money.

We ordered an item a month ago and have not received it. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. This sight seems like a scam to me. Can't get an update on my item nor can I get anyone to respond back about an update or a refund. Buyer beware!

Do Not Use This Site. They Do Not Send Conformation To Your Email or Send a Conformation Number. You Can Not Reach Any One On the Phone. It is a Google Account. They are Stealing Money and Running A Scam. They have only been in Business since May. I want to cancel my order.

Decent store it is. I have had my orders several times, once I wrote wrong Adress, it was present for my Aunt , I contacted them vie Web, they replied me within hours, normally in other companies it takes decades to get reply. Fraudulent site. Pictures of cute cactus cat scratcher depict this item as being approximately 30 inches tall. The pictures show cats scratching and climbing on it. What they sent me was stamped "cat toy" and is 4 inches long, with no stand at the base, no flowers on the cactus. Emailed CS and the representative said not fraud, I should be more careful to read the description and that the pictures on the site do NOT show cats climbing on the scratcher.
