Absolutely excellent customer service. The guitar I ordered as a gift for my husband was out of stock. We were offered a full refund or alternative. My husband spoke to them and they gave him advice on alternative makes. My husband went with the advice he was given. Guitar arrived on time, new superior strings, fully tuned and The tone was as excellent as spoken about. Would definitely recommend .

Marantz Hi-Fi Repair
My hi-fi CD drive stopped opening. Rather than send it off for repair I thought I'd try to have it repaired locally. I took it to Ness Music and it was repaired within a few days. They set a base price for diagnosing the cause of the fault, therefore, the only additional payment I had to make was for the replacement part (which they had in stock). Excellent friendly service.

Fantastic service and great advice.
Our daughter went into the shop & was given a demo & got some great advice on what to buy for her 1st guitar. The staff member went above and beyond even though he didn't get the sale immediately. A few days later we purchased the guitar online and was so impressed to receive it a few days later! You've made a young lady very happy. Thanks Ness Music.

Vintage 335 style guitar
Despite the box being bashed in on arrival (Royal Mail handling of parcels was as good as usual!), my new guitar inside arrived safe & sound! My guitar, a beautiful red Vintage 335 copy, was playable straight out of the box & despite Royal Mail’s best attempts to destroy it, the guitar also arrived in tune! For anyone who turn’s their noses up at “copy” guitars, try out Vintage! Why pay upwards of £2,000,000 on a Nashville made Gibson, when you can own a guitar that is just as good for a few hundred quid! Well worth it! My only criticism is Ness Music should use a better courier service!

Hi Craig, many thanks for your kind, honest review and very glad to hear you were so happy with the guitar, which we took the time to service and set up, prior to shipping. I am very sad to hear the box was bashed and have never had an issue with Parcelforce before now but we are glad you brought this to our attention. The reason we double box guitars, is to ensure even if the outer carton gets a bash, there is plenty padding between the outer and inner box, to make sure the guitar is as safe as possible.
We will let the courier know about this delivery and hope this was a one off.
Anyway, hope you have a great time with your new guitar, enjoy.

On Saturday I dropped two jazz basses into Michael, who not only had a done an absolute sterling job on them(like new) but the service was so quick. Very informative, professional and efficient! What else could you ask for?!
