Recently i had the pleasure of having my fender stratocaster modified with the David Gilmore pickups aswell as a mod to increase the range of tones. My guitar was fully serviced and the level of detail that Ness Music put into the guitar is beyond a dream ive barely been able to put the guitar down since and as always it shows they not only have the knowledge but the level of care and sincere customer service truly makes Ness Music almost the Meca for muisicians in the Highlands.

I needed a modest PA system for a book launch in the open air, far from any electrical power point. No problem to enterprising Paul. Leafing through his catalogues, he found a battery powered PA with a luggage handle and wheels - and wireless microphones. Perfect. He ordered it there and then, and hired it to me for a very reasonable price for the weekend of the book launch. I doubt if anyone else would have even bothered to open a catalogue. Thank you Paul. Not sure if I need to do this reivew as I just wrote the other one, I guess this is an automatic system based on a per transaction bases. So in this case my guitar strings were most excellent. The guy that helped me was helpful and didn't look down on me for my lack of knowledge. I left feeling confindent I made the correct choice!

Really impressed with the repair carried out to the neck of my Tanglewood acoustic guitar, which was splintered and snapped after an unfortunate step backwards! Physically it is as good as new, despite being a tricky repair and although it doesn't look as good as new, the repair is barely visible, very smooth and well finished. I was also very pleased with the price for the repair - very reasonable indeed. Thank you so much!
