I have had the most lovely 3 piece set personalise for my little miracle baby I was told I would never be able to have children so I really wanted something that will be a keepsake
Due to loosing my grandma in October her favourite colour was sage green I could not have asked for a better quality it has arrived exactly how I thought the tension to detail is amazing the quality is amazing I would really recommend to anyone I know having a baby💚thank you so much again I cannot wait to see my little boy in this beautiful set

Please be careful with this company. They claim to deliver abroad, but don't take responsibility for any import fees/ don't provide refund if an item is returned to them. There's no warning on the website before ordering abroad, I would strongly recommend to buy from another, more professional company.

Your order was dispatched from our main office in the UK. Import fees are not typically charged on our shipments, but when they are applied, they are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. Some companies include these costs within their pricing, meaning customers still pay them indirectly. We choose to keep our pricing transparent rather than building potential import charges into every order, as we do not want to potentially overcharge customers unnecessarily.
To make delivery easier for customers in America & Canada, we have also opened a US office. Orders sent from our US location to customers within the USA and Canada are delivered within 2–3 working days and do not incur import fees, as they are shipped domestically.
Regarding refunds, we do offer refunds on returned items that are not personalised. As your order was personalised, it falls outside our refund policy, as personalised items cannot be resold.
We did offer alternative solutions to support you, including resending the parcel to the original destination or sending it directly to you so you could forward it on.
Beautiful set!
I bought a little bear baby grow, blanket, socks and hat. I paid a little extra for the hat and was so glad I did. It was such a beautiful little set, that arrived beautifully presented. My sister-in-law loved it. I would definitely use this company again.

Customer services is a joke never got my items
Utter joke of a company asked if they could deliver to Estonia and they said yes. Never arrived when I asked for money back a woman called Amelia just responded with kisses at the end of her messages and then tried mocking me for using ChatGPT to tidy up my sentences because I was gonna take because I was taking them to court.

Utter lies would not reliever unless I paid them more money. I have now taken this shambles of a company to court.
Update: yes went to court and lost however they wanted me to lie to Esty and tell them the package was lost and to claim the money back.when it was not lost they had it but refused to send to me. So this is the kind of people you are dealing with. Dishonest.
And they still have my goods I paid for again this is the company that pretends to be NICE

This feedback is not accurate. Your order was dispatched within the stated timeframe. Delivery was attempted on 9 December at 3:45pm, however there was no answer at the address. The parcel was then held by the courier for collection or redelivery, but neither option was requested and it was subsequently returned to us.
Once the item was returned, we offered either redelivery or a partial refund, as the some of the items were personalised. This offer was declined, and you advised that you intended to pursue court action.
The item was not received due to the parcel not being collected or a redelivery being arranged, rather than any failure on our part to dispatch the order.
Update:
On 15 May, Sean James did take Neutrum Bear to court. After reviewing the evidence, the Judge ruled in Neutrum Bear's favour and dismissed the claim.
The court found that Sean James had refused to accept responsibility for attempting to resolve the matter and had declined the options offered by Neutrum Bear, including opportunities to receive either a full or partial refund.
As a result, the claim was dismissed, judgment was entered in favour of Neutrum Bear, and Sean James was ordered to pay Neutrum Bear's costs and expenses.
We are pleased that the Judge considered the facts, evidence, and documented communications before reaching their decision.
Neutrum Bear has always sought to resolve customer concerns fairly and reasonably, and we remain committed to providing excellent customer service.
