Recently returned from an escorted trip to the Italian Dolomites, staying in the Ariston Hotel in Molveno. Friendly staff. As a picky eater i found the evening menu had enough choice, even for me and the food was delicious. Beautiful scenery throughout the trip. Additional tours available to an already busy itinerary. Tour guide, Mariangela and the Fabio bus drivers did a fantastic job. A well informed, scenic trip. Thank you all x

We have just come back from a 5 day visit of Jersey with Newmarket holidays with Val as our site representative.
If you want to see Jersey I can’t think of a better way or company to do it with.
We really got to see the island in the short period we’re there. Our hotel at the Merton excellent and viewed everything and given all the background details and history on everything leaving us the last day to ourselves and go back to see things in more detail we wanted.
No problem on transport on the island because the bus service on the island gets you to anywhere you need to go from Liberation square

This holiday was wonderful due to several reasons: the tour hosts, the group of people, the transport to get around and the route.
Y. P. Singh was a superb tour guide, a three in one person, organiser, educator and entertainer, there can be no other. He was ably supported by coach driver and assistant to provide a remarkably well run process for 34 people all of whom collectively helped to make this a memorable time and no doubt one of the best holidays that each of us has had.
The combination of rail travel, coach travel, car convoy and tuk tuk rides enhanced the experience of wonderful and iconic visits to palaces, temples, shrines, forts, markets, historical landmarks and safari park. The cities visited were a great insight into Indian history and culture.
On suggestions for improvement, only the seating on the air travel. Some of us were separated from our partners. For a block booking this could have been accommodated with a little effort from Newmarket.

2 October trip to Golden Triangle and Shimla. A fantastic varied trip with lots of different experiences, temples, mosques, markets, palaces, rickshaws, tuk-tuks Taj Mahal and tigers. Our guide Yatendra (YP Singh was so passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. How he organised us and our 17 white car convoy was amazing. Great coach pilot Abhay, a very good driver, ably assisted by co-pilot Mintu who kept us hydrated and offered new and exciting Indian sweets. Our car driver Amit was also superb. The sights, sounds and smells of incredible India will stay with me for a long time. Highly recommend it.

The tour guide Marieangela was an expert in her field and very knowledgeable. She looked after her clients extremely well.
The hotel was good and the food very good. The hotel staff were mostly helpful and attentive.

Harriet was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The booking process was very smooth

Had a query just ahead of leaving for holiday. Phoned customer services and after a short wait spoke to a lovely lady named Tasha who happily dealt with my enquiry professionally, whilst being friendly and keen to assist.
Whatever you do don't change to an AI based call platform, as helpful humans are an asset to the company!

Super holiday from start to Finnish at Lake Como. Tour guide Ellie did a wonderful job showing us round various different places. Bernina express being the highlight. Bazzoni hotel was excellent and staff amazing at looking after us.

Brilliant operative at Newmarket Holidays. Made everything very easy.

Booking seemed pretty painless actually more than I wanted to pay but nothing I can do about solo prices

Our tour director maria was so so helpful and she put herself out to make this holiday special for everyone. She was so informative ….she knew her history and she was so interesting and with such a lovely personality.
I would love to be on another trip with maria as my tour director.

We had a good time on our tour to Puglia and Basilicata which started on 30th Sept. What made our trip memorable was the places we visited, the lovely weather and a very helpful and friendly guide, Maria. The main reason for not giving 4/5 stars is because we were a bit disappointed with the hotel. Looking at the pictures on it's website, Masseria Caselli, looked really good and raised our expectations. Unfortunately when we arrived we found the room facilities lacking in that there were no tea/ coffee making facilities, no complimentary drinking water except for a bottle of still water in the mini fridge which we would be charged 2euro per bottle, only flimsy disposable plastic cups for drinking, no tissues in room or toilet and the room TV did not cater for English speaking guests as the channels were in Italian, German or French . Bearing in mind there were no other options for entertainment in the hotel after dinner except for adjourning to the bar. The room itself was otherwise comfortable and spacious. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel accommodation and similar grade hotels we've visited elsewhere would be better equipped. We were also with other guests in our group a bit underwhelmed with the food served at dinner; the first 2 courses were generally OK but the main course ( secondo) was usually a piece of meat or fish on a plate accompanied by a few potatoes or a few beans with no sauce. It seems rather sparse for a main course. If the hotel was hoping to promote the local cuisine with what they served they were certainly wide off the mark. Moreover the service during dinner is usually quite rushed with the waiter very keen to clear up between courses. Our
best meals in Puglia were the lunches we had ourselves in restaurants in places we visited.
