The tour guide Andrea was fantastic
The tour guide Andrea was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She was always available to assist with any queries or questions. Knowledge was great.
Coach driver was a little grumpy and at times undermined her which annoyed a lot of the group.
But the destination's were fabulous. We enjoyed all 3 cities and would certainly book again.

Golden Triangle Tour - fantastic
We took the 18-day tour, and had a truly memorable trip. We were lucky to be hosted by YP Singh - an excellent, knowledgeable, passionate and funny guide. India is lovely and it takes skill to get a group around all the sights on the list. We had such good experiences in Delhi, Amritsar, Dharamsala, Shimla, Jaipur, Rambanthore and Agra. A real mix of activities to keep our senses engaged. Recommended

Seamless Interaction
I was able to get through to the Customer Service Dept. quite easily and my issue was fully understood and resolved by Musa efficiently and quickly. She was very courteous throughout and called me back as she had promised to update me on the resolution.
During my two calls with Musa I also asked two specific questions about my upcoming holiday and she was able to answer them immediately and in full.

India golden Triangle, Shimla & Ranthambore
The holiday in India was amazing. We were accompanied by a very knowledgeable, funny & amazing guide. Our senses were all awakened. Brilliant experiences in Delhi, Amritsar, Dharmsala, Shimla, Jaipur, Ranthambore & Agra seeing temples & tigers, enjoying tuk tuk rides & being in a 17 long white taxi convoy.
Unfortunately our experience with Newmarket holidays prior to departure was decidedly poor & they were very unhelpful.

Our 19 day Guided tour of India with …
Our 19 day Guided tour of India with Yatendra Pal Singh Tanwar was amazing. He made our holiday. He was a fountain of information and knowledge, and nothing was too much. My wife hurt her foot and the next morning he produced an ankle support and wouldn't accept any money for it. He went out of his way to make sure every one was happy. And his laugh is very infectious, he had us laughing every day. The tour was great , we saw a lot of beautiful sights and YP gave us plenty of info about each location. This was our first escorted tour and it was brilliant, and mainly due to YP and his hard work.

A truly magical group tour to the golden triangle. A fun filled tour packed with experiences and excursions. Our guide YP was excellent and clearly knew his stuff. His management of our group of 34 people seemed effortless while ensuring all ran to time and everyone was well looked after. A great holiday was had by all.

The Golden Triangle, India. A truly wonderful experience!! Felt immersive, safe, brilliantly organised from start to finish. Was feeling a little apprehensive to be honest but need not have worried. Our tour leader YP and his team were remarkable, absolutely fantastic, this holiday excelled in every way. Totally brilliant and unforgettable. Maple Leaf Tour
Although we enjoyed much of our Maple Leaf Experience holiday trip [ 14th September 2026] we would suggested that the itineray schedule be increased by at least minimum of two days. We travelled from Scotland and found it frustrating that certain places visited were limited to one day or in fact part of a day, seems disappointing that travelling all that distance and not getting the opportunity to adequately explore some of the places visited. I would cite the visit to Montreal, Ottawa and Niagara on the Lake [ 2hours or so including having lunch] as classic examples. We often arrived later in the day and departed early the next morning - certainly not enough time to get any impression of what the city's had to offer. Two much bus time and not enough city time. On that subject the bus was disappointing , it looked like it could do with a good clean up and the air conditioning was poor in as much that the rear of the bus was unreasonably cool, not great for some of the long distances travelled.
I would also comment that, unfortunately, the guide allocated to our trip did not enhance the experience which was disappointing.

Having limited time in destinations such as Montreal, Ottawa, and Niagara-on-the-Lake is certainly not ideal when you wish to fully explore and immerse yourself in each location.
