These reviews on here are complete lies!! Buyer beware!! This is just a store front that delivers meds. A middle man!! You can save yourself $49 a month and do it yourself! This company is NOT in the United States! Do not sign up. There have no where for you to cancel! You have to turn in a hand written letter to cancel, you can NOT do it over the phone!! They will not get you what you need, you’re better going to your primary doctor. Do not sign up. These reviews are lies. These are reviews the company made up. Just read the positive reviews. You can see they are written by the same person. Fake fake fake reviews!!! To bury the bad ones!! Unprofessional!

NiceRx is easy to navigate & the staff is so helpful. Daniel went above & beyond to ensure I would get correct medication. The Dr. responded quickly & answered all my questions. I am so pleased with this company!

Their customer service is great and very refreshing. I had to email on a few occasions with questions and each time they got back to me promptly. Also, you can call them and they’ll pick up the phone or call you right back.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. Every time that I have called, they have answered my questions right away my shipments have arrived extremely fast, and everyone has been very knowledgeable and friendly and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend the company to anyone that is looking for This product, extremely affordable and top-notch!

I contacted Nice RX And was greeted by Danny first which he was fabulous! And next to Jobin which also was very attentive to my needs. I changed to NiceRx and just received my first order. The change was made to save me money after every other med spa and online company was overpriced.
NiceRx is going thru a change in their Company and is updating their website at this time, so I had questions since I have been on Semaglutide and need a higher dose. Customer service was really informative and answered every question. I am very pleased with the quick shipping and love that the higher doses are the same cost! Give them a try.

I absolutely love NICERX.
They save me a lot of money each month. They do need forms filled out by your doctor which sometimes holds things up, but as soon as they have the paperwork, they mail it out. The forms don't need to get filled out each month, just occasionally. I have recommended NICERX to a lot of people.
As a RN and Retired Anesthetist (CRNA); I ran the other direction when seeing only $50 / month. PER PRESCRIPTION! $50 for EACH Rx EVERY MONTH. So to take your Blood Pressure 💊 = 1; Thyroid 💊=2; Blood Thinner 💊=3; 3 Pills at $50 each! $150 Every Month!? I have my doctor always prescribe generics; and have always been able to drop the cost of my prescriptions from triple digits $xxx down to single digit $x prices, at GOOD Rx. Search there for the name of your medication AND CORRECT DOSAGE, compare stores, and I have easily reduced a medication the pharmacy was routinely charging me the “Insurance Copay Charge” and used the GoodRx “coupon” instead, and paid less than 1/5th! Instead of $40 I paid $8!!!
I will put my professional experience on the line here to say this site is NO Good Rx and by calling themselves “NiceRx they are playing on and confusing the name with another company’s good name. I have used and highly recommend Good Rx for many years and please do not be confused by the poor attempt at subterfuge.

Tried multiple times to contact NiceRx but no answer. Email is refused, no shipment was received as promised. I went direct to manufacturer to get answers. I suspect NiceRx is a scam.
Nice Rx is only a pack and ship store front mailbox. No working phone, email or personnel. Also no assistance in obtaining the medications through their subscription service. Foreign owned. All appearances of a scam.
My mother was desperately looking for help getting a vital medicine she could not afford and NiceRX was suggested. I helped her go through the registration process (she had just gotten spinal surgery), getting an email saying it was pre-approved, capturing payment information and displaying a charge and communication that everything was in moving forward and details would follow soon. We then were unable to get into the account and had no communication around why or what was going on. When we emailed customer support to ask what was happened they replied with a single sentence " We are not processing or accepting enrollments at this time." no details no follow up no explanation and this is after they have collected all the Dr details, credit card information and communicated the plan being approved at $49 a month. Not only is this communication unprofessional but they could have put my mother in a situation for hope for affordable meds and no delivery, poor patient practice and poor business practice. We did go another route direct with the supplier so she was not left in the dark but what a horrible customer experience and an awful representation of a business that is supposed to help people.
If I could learn what has frozen my account and why they are not processing anything I would maybe feel better. I used them for 2-3 full months and was changing to a new medication. My doctor’s office submitted my paperwork last week. It is very unfortunate and I pray I can find another assistance program. Paying $50 a month isn’t bad compared to $1800.
Everything went smoothly in the past so I hope whatever has caused them to freeze everything is fixed.
I gave them my w2 and credit card information. They will not answer my calls and emails.
I have been with NuceRX for all of 2022. They contacted me for renewal in November, 22 for forwarding a form to my doctor for approval which the doctor responded quickly and it’s now 1/27/23 and last week they said my medication would be shipped which it hasn’t been yet. I have not been able to talk to anyone after being on hold for 45 minutes each time and still have not talked to anyone at NiceRX. they told me not to contact the mfg if they contact me which they did. I called the mfg today in frustration and they said they returned the form back to my doctor because it was sent to them before 2023. I can’t even get my arms around this because I have not had this problem with them before. I am hopeful that this can get resolved and I get my very expensive meds which I need for the rest of my life. Hopefully help is forthcoming!
