Very unhappy. Signed up in November. Was told order was sent to manufacturer on 12/14. Still have no received medicine. Can't get anyone on the phone or a return email. Now today I can't even log in to my account. Very frustrating, I wish I could get a refund for signing up, this has been a huge waste of time!!!
Hounded me for pay stubs and as soon as I provided them, my login access was blocked and I never heard back until I called questioning it. Suddenly they were not taking applications anymore. Do not use!!
FRAUD/SCAMMERS….in haste I signed-up to receive assistance from nice RX. Had I known then what I know now I would’ve never requested their assistance. Please trust reviews most are actual customers whom are trying to warn consumers about fraudulent companies so that others won’t have to experience the issues we did!! The company nice RX supposedly connected me with for my Trulicity told me all I had to do was reach out to them directly they’ve would’ve assisted me in the same process for free. I have asked Nice RX to discontinue any assistance but to date they still attempt to process my card for $49 several times a day for weeks now but I have a lock on my card so that these frauds will never see another penny from me. I am in the process of completely shutting down that account because they are relentless. I couldn’t reach them for weeks after they took my first $49 and of course they made the cancellation process extremely difficult being that you have to speak to them directly (near impossible) and submit forms online (which I am still awaiting) and fax back to the non existent customer service dept! They are just ridiculous please do yourself a favor, take a breather, and research yourself there are many companies that will help for free!
This company is a partial scam. They will send your information and application to a drug company but they drag their feet. They don't give the correct information to the pharmaceutical companies. Then ask for the same information again. they will tell you you have been approved. then say it will be 14 days and you will get your meds. Then it doesn't come. I tried for 2 and half months to get my medication. I got tired of the run around. (They did respond to my emails). I called the pharmeceutical company. I waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes and finally got to talk to a rep. She said they have no affilation with Nice RX but she was aware of them and said that sometimes they give them false information so we went over all my info and she said I had been approved as of January 1. NiceRX told me I was approved on 12/20?? She said I did not need Nice RX to get my med, they would go through my doctor. Also it would not be shipped to me but go to my physician office. So NiceRX did send the application and get the process started. they charged me the very first day, then waited till 12/20 for the next charge. I disputed the second charge so they would not be able to charge me more. thank God I used my credit card instead of debit card. Just get your own application from the drug company to start the process!
Nicerx is a scam. Let me explain why. Note that I have a Ph.D. in the social sciences and studied to be a psychological counselor. First, NiceRX does not help underwrite, pay for, subsidize or provide funds for prescription medication. What it does is match you up with current prescription patient asistance plans, which you can do by yourself. For example, NiceRX offers you a card so that you can get VANQIT (a brand name medication I made up) for $49.00 per month plus a $49.00 initial sign-up fee. You provide the company with your necessary documentation, i.e., yearly family income, proof of identity, etc. Then NiceRX submits your information to a patient assistance program OPERATED by the drug manufacturer or its representative. But you can apply to the SAME drug program by yourself by going straight to the manufacturer's website, download a form, fill it out, and provide the required documentation. It is the SAME information that NiceRx provides to the manufacturer. If accepted to the patient assistance program by applying directly, and get accepted you pay NOTHING for the medication, that is zero for one year. If the documentation you sent to NiceRx is accepted by the manufacturer you pay $49.00 x 13 (one month sign-up and 12 months of the medication) so the total you'd pay is $637.00 for the year. That still is much less than a medication that costs, lets say $400 per month and is not covered by your insurance plan. The application process shouldn't take more than one hour. So are you willing to spend $637 in order to save an hour of your time? I know what I would do.

I want to thank all of you, even my doctor was impressed with your company, (he, up till I started using you, was not familiar with you, but he is now!) I will suggest to anyone to contact you for the same great experience I enloyed!
I am very disappointed with the service. For over two weeks waiting since application was sent to pharmacy only to find out that the pharmacy never received my application. Nicerx had a confirmed fax but never bothered to call after waiting for two weeks. Then I email and call for another update after they stated would refax. The calls are over 30-50 minute wait EACH time and the emails are never responded. It is constant calling because they don't respond to your emails. I have to go the trouble of waiting on hold so long just to get them to call the pharmacy and confirm. Why do I have to ask them to do their job? Why am I having to monitor the progress of my application and unnecessary calls and waiting? I still don't even know if the pharmacy received my application and I'm going into THREE weeks without the pharmacy even looking at it. It's a lie that it takes 3-4 week process. This is extremely overwhelming and time consuming. Beginning to think they are a scam. Hopefully they will read this review and take action.
Please read the reviews before doing business with this company. They don't answer their phones and never return messages sent on their website. They are definitely a scam and taking advantage of people that are in desperate need. I contacted NiceRX 3 months ago for my daughter's epilepsy medication which cost $650 a month. They were very nice on the phone but here we are 3 months later and no medication, no answering their phones and no returning messages. I will have to contact my credit card provided to dispute the charges from NiceRX. I waisted 3 months working with this company when there are many other, real companies, out there that can provide assistance. This company, NiceRX, will only add to the stress we are all already experiencing. Please read the BBB reviews and rating.

I wish I saw these reviews before "applying" Said i wouldnt be charges until they varrified they could provide the medication. Not even an hour later they took the money out but havnt even gotten the script yet. I now dont have the money to get my script at the pharmacy, which was going to be a struggle to begin with. Way to mess with a pregnant womens insulin. Stay away from this company

FURIOUSLY frustrated!!!!
I have been using NiceRx for nearly a year now, maybe more. I have never had any issues up until this month and the manner in which my issues are being handled are unacceptable. I have been getting billed each month and was supposed to receive my next 3 month supply of medication. Back in June, I received emails requesting that I update my application and upload income verification paperwork. I immediately did so within a day or two. For the next few weeks, I kept receiving reminders to upload the documents, despite my account showing that the paperwork was uploaded and my application verification was pending. I reached out to support on June 28th to make sure that nothing else was required of me, to which someone via email named "Mark" responded and assured me that nothing else was required at that time and I could ignore the emails. So I had, up until this past week. I realized I was very low on my medication and wondered when it would arrive. I reached out to customer service phone number and was on hold for who knows how long. I gave up and decided to leave a voicemail, as that was an option, so I did. Noone ever called me back. I sent an email to support...noone responded. I called today and after being on hold for nearly a half an hour, finally spoke with someone. They informed me that my application was due to renewal and even though I submitted the required documents back in June, they would need me to resubmit them with a current paystub to facilitate the process and continue the process through the manufacturer. I expressed my frustration and questioned why no one followed up with me or informed me that my application had expired. "I'm sorry, ma'am. I'm not sure why and I will do what I can to look into this. In the meantime, please update your documents as soon as possible because this process will take about a month to go through." GREAT. Now I have to go a month without this absolutely necessary prescription. I logged onto my account and was prepared to upload my most recent paystub only to find that there was no place to do so since my paystubs in June were already submitted!!! I tried to call back AGAIN and to no avail, am left without answers. I also reached out through my account to support and through email again to find out what the heck I can do to get the paperwork they need submitted. This is unacceptable. I have been getting charged for the past 4 months for medication that I will not receive. Entirely disappointed and hope that someone will finally make this right!
This company is terrible!! They looked at my submitted documents and told me that info not qualify and no charges would incur. THEN they charged me a week later. The communication has been terrible. They refuse to refund me the money they took out, although I will not receive any medicine.

I had a rocky start to getting all the information from my provider's office to NiceRx. Persistence on the part of myself along with dedicated customer service skills demonstrated by the most recent employee finally appears to bring the resolution to my application.
It's great to have the opportunity to get expensive meds at this price. But to cancel your subscription, even less than 24 hrs after signing up, you have to print a form. They give you weird reasons but honestly I think it's just bc they know it's harder for people to do and they want money. You can cancel everything over the phone, even insurance. Also, they won't transfer you to a manger because they are "unavailable".
It took a while to set it up, but no complaints about the result. Recommending to all my friends.
My shipment arrived almost a week late, and the cold medication was hot (it ships in a cooler with icepacks, all of which were hot). I talked to Jordon for the second time, and he was amazing as usual! I can’t tell you how many emails we sent back and forth trying to get my meds, and he assisted me again when I called this time (talk about coincidences!)…he is caring and professional and got me the answers I needed and formed a plan on how to fix the situation. Y’all are lucky to have him as an employee and it’s nice to know I can count on him if I have a problem!
Even though I had 90% bad experience with customer service representative named Jordan, which needed to improve ASAP, I’m giving 5 stars because I believe we need to Concentrate on the good.
10% of my experience, which in this case his name is Davaniel, since the moment he got involved he make sure to do his best to help my case, give me explanation and to get back to me with the update, actually the issue I had for three weeks got solved in a couple of hours since he got involved and helped.

So far, it's not great. I got all of the paperwork to them and was told they sent more paperwork to my doctor's office, and as soon as my doctor sent that back to them, that I could pick up my meds from my doctor in 4-6 weeks. BUT then, they tried to charge my debit card. My bank flagged it and called me. Nicerx sent me an email , telling me my payment was declined and asked if I needed to update any information. Nice rx also said that after this $49 charge, they wouldn't charge me again until I actually received the medication. So, I guess it's not really $49 per medication? I sent them an email but have not heard back. They were pretty responsive until this happened. It sucks, cuz I'd like to have my medicine.

I was having a very hard time getting Medication at a reasonable price until I used nice RX. they made the process super easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that’s having a hard time getting prescription coverage
