I received amazing service from NiceRx. They worked for 3 months to help me get a discount on my prescription. They filled out the paperwork, worked with the Dr.'s office, as well as the manufacturer. They stayed on top of everything and kept in touch to keep me in the loop on what was going on. Excellent company!

This company needs more transparency regarding the out of pocket expenses prior to applying with them. I just found that I must spend 3% of my annual income on prescription medication after the notification that I was approved. If I understood the gentleman I spoke with correctly one must reapply on an annual basis beginning each January, spend 3% of your annual income and re qualify. So $49 per month per prescription is not actually truthful.
UPDATE:
I was contacted by NiceRX and they were able to help me with Eliquis. There were several verbal requests from the representative asking me to update or edit this review. At the close of the conversation I asked for confirmation that I would receive Entresto for $49 per month as well. I was told that I did not qualify for assistance because the out of pocket charges were not 10% of my annual income. I felt this information should have been disclosed to me.
NiceRX and Sabby who works for NiceRX have made a tremendous difference in my husband's restorative health since he was able to get the prescription medication needed to support his gut condition. Medicare would not help us. Instead Medicare recommended an antibiotic that made my husband violently ill on October 19, 2020. I shall never forget this date. My husband's health begin to deteriorate on October 18, 2020. He had just celebrated his birthday with family and was happy though he wasn't feeling his best. Upon arriving home, he begin to take medicine hoping to feel better quickly. Then he tried laying down. For the next 8-10 hours all he did was throw up until he was totally dehydrated, blood pressure extremely high and he was confused. Finally at around 5:30 AM CST, he asked me to drive him to Clements University Hospital where he walked in and fell to the ground he was so depleted. This was before there was a vaccine for Covid-19. Upon the ER physicians acting as quickly as they could, he was in emergency surgery within less than 24 hours. Thanksfully to God Almightly the surgery was a sucess. Within hours after being sent to his hospital room, he was rushed to the ICU where he remained for 6 days fighting for his life all because Medicare did not want to pay for his much needed medication. I have fought Medicare for years now. Even making to a hearing with an administrative judge where the judge asked for our case to be heard again. However, the answer for my husband to get the prescription medication he desperately needed was again another "NO".
However, my initial encounter with Sabby by phone was so pleasant. Just knowing that someone from NiceRX had returned my call caused me to breakdown emotionally into tears.
It's been a rockly road dating back to 2020, yet in 2021 the good news came that NiceRx and the prescription drug manufacturer had approved my husband for the Rx medication which come to our door monthly like clockwork - a 90 day supply that is.
We are tremendously blessed and thankful for a nice young man called Sabby. He advocated for two old people. He saw how much I love my husband of 40+ years.
I can't say "THANK YOU" enough. However, I am very blessed and my husband is able to enjoy a quality of life.

I have had a great experience with NiceRx. In my application process they worked diligently to complete the process. They were prompt in answering my emails and calls. The agents were very professional and helpful in solving the application process issues. I was approved by the pharmaceutical company to receive my medication. Medication I couldn’t afford even with RX insurance. The process took approximately a month before receiving my RX. Bravo Nice RX.

Working with NiceRx has been amazing! They helped me get access to medication that I needed that I would never have bee able to afford without them. It took a long time for me to get approved to access NiceRx services, which I think was perhaps more of an issue with the pharmaceutical company repeatedly denying the claim. Since it has been amazing to receive my medication in the mail for the same predictable price every month :)

All the reps I worked with @ Nice RX were so helpful in obtaining the medication for me! They kept in communication with my doctor to make sure the application was completed and continued to loop me in on the process. Sabby, Jay, Julian.......all kept me informed and either emailed or called to update me. I'm thrilled to have found NiceRX as a truly affordable option for my medication!

Good Afternoon- I was very surprised & happy to receive my medication yesterday. I did call the company to confirm that my first shipment had arrived. Thankyou for all your help & patience.
I found a medication I loved, but it was almost as expensive as my mortgage. NiceRx helped me get it at about 1/6th the cost, and they were efficient and professional about it. The only pain was them saying they'd sent "paperwork" to my doctor and my doctor's office repeatedly not knowing where to look for said paperwork. Mail? Fax? Email? But NiceRx helped and called my doctor and it all worked out.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They have bent over backwards to help us. We really appreciate the program.
