Despite an auto reply saying message received and would respond during working hours, I received a response before then. The response was considerate, gave me all the information I needed to check my order, placed the order on hold until I had time to do this, so I felt supported and not rushed to make a decision.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the customer service team! I just needed some guidance about an item coming back in stock, along with a recommendation for the best type of leggings for my running training. The team was SO helpful, and super friendly too! I've purchased several running pieces now, along with the Rain or Shine Sherpa jacket, and am absolutely in love with them all.

The pre-ordered item was late and when it arrived the quality was very underwhelming. The waist was super long even wearing the item high-waisted and the fabric felt like it would pill easily and stretch with wear. When I initiated a return I realised that in addition to the postage (which is reasonable) they charge a processing fee if you are returning for a refund instead of store credit. If the quality of item was not so poor then this wouldn't be an issue. Very disappointed as I enjoy supporting Australian owned businesses.

Nimble have outstanding customer service. I had an issue with an item recently and they went above and beyond. I have quite a few of their items now and love them all.

I have recently bought 2 of the Sherpa Rain or Shine jackets and the Rain Ready Jacket. The jackets are just lovely, so soft and snuggly and a really good fit. Have already been using heaps as I’m in Tassie. The rain jacket would be the best rain jacket is have found. The fit is really good. I’m on the curvier side and the zip does up easily and I have good cover over my bum and the hood is a fabulous size, heaps of room and cover. I’m looking forward to a rainy school run to test it out!

I came on here to see whether the site is genuine. I have been waiting over four weeks for a refund. The products were returned promptly, within Australia. I wrote to customer service nearly three weeks ago and was assured my return was received, and told that it would be processed shortly. Since then customer service has not replied to my follow-up request. Very disappointing service.

I bought 2 pairs of motion flares a few years ago and thrashed them, just fitted perfectly and washed up so well. I decided to buy more and just received 2 more pairs and they are even better than my first lot! The fabric is so silky soft. So I have now purchased 3 more pairs!! I wear these as part of my work uniform at a Sports Centre, wear them to work out in and excellent for travelling.

Nimble’s customer service always exceeds my expectations. I recently needed to exchange an item and the customer service team responded to my inquiries so promptly and were extremely friendly. Delivery super fast and the quality of every item I’ve purchased is like no other. Will always be a loyal customer!

The products were good quality, but 2/3 things I've bought from them didn't fit my body type. I've left reviews (3 and 4 star) stating exactly that, but they don't show up on the website. As seems to be happening on a lot of clothing sites now, they may be removing some reviews to keep the average above 4 stars.

Caroline was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me!

Dealing with customer service team was such a refreshing experience. the team were kind, helpful and genuinely focused on finding a solution. It was really nice to talk to a real person who took the time to work through the issue with me.

Great customer service when I emailed to ask about the right size for me. I sent my measurements, and Caroline's response was really warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I had a couple of other questions, she emailed me back promptly then too. This was the kind of real, human customer service I always hope for. Five stars, Nimble!

The staff in store and support staff have been very helpful with returns and clothing recommendations. They also helped me ensure I picked the right sizing.

I spent $100 on a runsie and needed the next size up
They informed me that the item was a sale price at $100and no I couldn’t swap to next size up
$100 down the drain!
I will never buy from again or recommend to anyone!

I’ve been buying Nimble Activewear for five years now, I adore their products. But behind their products is a fantastic customer service team. I’ve often dealt with Caroline, whether it be for specific sizing queries, or shipping tweaks etc. her help is always so friendly, detailed and prompt! She’s a star! Fantastic customer service and long lasting products, keep me coming back for more 😊

Have been a long-time purchaser of Nimble’s products for their high-quality, style and comfort but I recently had an issue with one of my orders and they were super responsive and helpful with it!

At the time of making my first on-line purchase I forgot to enter my discount code I had received so I contacted Nimble to advise. They replied promptly kindly advising they had refunded the discount straight away onto my credit card. Courteous, helpful and five star service!
