I’ve been using Nio Teas for about a year now, and their teas have consistently been of outstanding quality. I enjoy them far more than the ones available in local stores here in northern Italy. I had to contact customer support once, and they were incredibly efficient and helpful. Overall, I’m completely satisfied and will definitely keep ordering from them.

The advent calendar was amazing, quality matcha and the client service was on top. I recommande !

Really great quality green teas and great customer service

I've placed multiple orders with Nio Teas. They offer a great variety of excellent teas and ship internationally. While I had a logistic issue with one of my orders - something I believe Nio Teas can't really be blamed for once the package is processed and shipped, with UPS in my case - Agnese from the Nio Teas Team was ultimately able to rectify the issue. I will not hesitate to place a new order in the near future.

Nio Teas have the best quality of matcha I've had. I’ve read countless reviews, and I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a few of their matcha powders. Now, I'm a loyal customer. I recently purchased more matcha because I ran out. My order mistakenly auto-populated my old address. I reached out to Nioteas via email, and they quickly resolved the issue. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their matcha, but more importantly, the exemplary customer service I have received from them. I am only purchasing matcha from Nio Teas from now on.

Epic quick and easy. Solid discunts, quality amazing

I recently ordered some of the Wakamusha & Cha Musume Gyokuro before it was gone & never to be made again before the release of a very small amount of a onetime special Gyokuro that will also never be made again, and because of some technical/website issues during this time my order was never filled. When I contacted Nio Teas about why my order has not shipped, I was informed of the reason & unfortunately by that time what I originally ordered was no longer in supply. Instead of just brushing me off & saying “our bad”, the team at Nio supplemented my previous order with the new, considerably more expensive Gyokuro! They could have easily tried to placate me with tea of lesser quality, even increasing the quantity, but they chose to make it right by going above & beyond what they were obliged to do. I have been a dedicated customer of Nio Teas for half a dozen years now without ever having a problem, and these actions are exactly how a company should treat its consumers & how you keep customers long term. Hats off to the team at Nio Teas!
