This is my second posting regarding Nio Teas. My first review, back in July, lauded the company for outstanding service. This has not changed, and I will continue doing business with them. This time, I would like to comment on the product they offer. The matcha they sell has changed my life! I have lost 20 lbs. since I began drinking matcha twice a day 6 months ago. All of the claims about matcha being a superfood are true! The feeling of calm/alert and the general sense of well-being I experience are incredible! I implore everyone to experience this remarkable tea for themselves! Also, I stay with Nio Teas selection of matcha because of their commitment to offering only pesticide-free tea!

Nioteas, please stop using fedex for your deliveries in Norway. Fedex is a nightmare to deal with, both when it comes to their customer service, but also in actually receiving your package. I have yet to receive my package although I placed my order 17 days ago. Imagine getting an email saying your package was not delivered because you were not at home — when you’re sitting in your own home! Then imagine this happening twice! At this point I’m not even sure I’ll ever receive the thing..

I am quite pleased to have discovered NIO TEAS, while watching a youtube video about the history of green tea. I found their website quite informative, and with a great selection of teas. What I valued the most was that you get all the necessary info about the tea, and that they focus on sourcing it from places in Japan that value tradition, craft and organic farmig.

I fell in love with the Silver Uji Matcha tea, can warmly recommend it! It just feels like a hug in a mug! The color is just right, the powder is fine and the taste is very rich and silky. I would recommend this to both seasoned matcha drinkers and people who want to try matcha - but do not know where to start.

I was also amazed about the fair prices and offers that they have. Honestly I think this is one of the best places to get quality matcha and for a price that does not break the bank. Moreover, for me it was even better to see that they also ship to Europe. I had a hard time finding sites that ship to Europe - and for a fair price.

Last but not least, I want to give a praise to their amazing customer service! I ordered previously another matcha, and I could see it was a good quality tea. Yet the taste was not to my liking but this was subjective thing, I could recognize the quality, it was just not my taste. The customer service was very helpful with providing further advice on how to prepare the tea in the hopes of improving my taste experience. When this did not work, they were understanding and flexible to send me a Uji matcha instead.

All in all great business and service! Can only recommend. I am at least converted to a loyal client. :)

Recently I've been ordering the Gyokuro Saemidori Cha Meijin, and I must say, it's absolutely sublime. The quality of the tea is top notch, offering an authentic taste with every sip. Ive purchased through Nio Teas before and always received amazing products and services. Recently an order of mine took two weeks longer than expected to ship. I reached out to their customer service and they were super informative, personable, friendly, and helpful and kept me updated with the status of my order.

Agnese was incredibly nice and helpful and personally kept me in the loop on why my order was delayed and notified me as soon as it had been shipped.

I know i sound like a shill for Nio Teas but they really really deserve it. They are hands down the best place to go for Japanese green teas and stuff. Plus the YouTube channel is really informative.

Anyways… they’re awesome. The website has way more information about the type of tea you are ordering as well as the flavor profiles it has. Most other loose leaf tea companies just give you vague descriptions. Ive tried other brands like Ocha & co which has always been a bit more lackluster and the price you pay for the mediocre quality of tea is frustrating. Plus its hard to tell what you’re getting until you're drinking it.

Nio Teas impressed me right away with the extremely high quality of their teas, which are not only delicious but also organic and pesticide-free. I was also pleased to read that the selected farmers care about the health of their fields, and have managed to create a favorable environment not only for the plants but also for the local wildlife, in their 100% pesticide-free fields. Having this information about the origin of my tea makes me enjoy it even more! I recommend it to anyone who desires excellent teas cultivated with environmental preservation in mind. Plus, the customer service is fantastic: the team is always available, responds quickly, and always seeks the best and most suitable solutions for the customer. Keep up the good work, guys!

Outstanding teas and customer service!
I am very satisfied with the quality of Nio Teas and their service. Super customer focused, which seems such a rare thing these days.
And most important of all, I have not found teas of this quality caliber elsewhere when it comes to premium organic Japanese loose-leaf teas and Matchas.
I wholeheartedly recommend their products and I am glad to be their customer.

I found Nio Teas online, tried them once and never left. Their organic teas are now part of my daily green tea routine! After trying different products, I have now found my favorites, and I make sure that I never run out of them. Their YouTube videos and contents online are very helpful and interesting if you want to know more about Japanese green tea, and also if you want to learn how to make it like a master.

Really delicious tea, very helpful/useful instructions on their website on how to brew it. I got the sampler set of the loose leaf tea and I'd highly recommend it!

Absolutely phenomenal!

Came for the teas, staying for the service (and more great teas). I'm new to matcha, and coming from drinking mostly Chinese/Taiwanese oolongs I was looking for quality teas that are not only organic but also taste great and have complexity. So far I have tried 3 varieties and all are delicious in one way or another, cannot wait to try more. Definitely not your regular organic matcha that you buy at a store (pale and seaweedy).

On the other note, the customer service is amazing as well. They have been so helpful and replyed promptly, you don't get to experience this kind of quality of service very often these days.

The Team Nio Teams was super helpful, specifically Agnese assisted me. Very kind and understanding when working through getting a replacement for my favorite tea pot I received as a gift.

I have been a customer for more than a year and I have always been so sastified by their product of high quality. I mostly buy their matcha. I have tried many online stores. I am very particular about tea and specially when it comes to Japanese tea. I want the highest quality organic tea possible. After trying many other stores I stopped at Nio and never left ever since. Amazing quality and customer service. Thank you very much!

This company sells amazing green tea at great price, and their customer service is second to none. If you’re new to Japanese tea they also have a lot of really good free information on YouTube.
