Hi,
As a Nitecore fan I already have more than on product, so when an occasion arose to buy another torch (Unusual circumstances caused this op.) I didn’t need prodding.
I’ve found my EDC09 to be a favourite and I regularly use it 12 hours per night.
So, I ordered another EDC09 from Nitecore UK late on Friday night knowing full well the company does not open at weekends (Abd why should they!)
Boy was I surprised at the service I received… the EDC09 was delivered the following Tuesday morning.
Comms. (Emma) with the company are also excellent and the service prompt.
Today I’ve ordered a tiny square key ring torch to leave on my car key bunch ready for the coming winter.

Ps. I received my new Orange mini 3 today (Same prompt service) and it’s brilliant, looks smaller than its measurements suggest and brighter too. Very pleased.
A defuser in the box would have been the icing on the cake, but that’s not a complaint.

Really easy to purchase and great products

Bought my TIP2 around ten years ago. As a multi-skilled engineer in the food industries it has been used (and abused!) every day. It's been dropped off a 50 foot scaffold, accidently deeply immersed into all sorts of horrible fluids, covered in grease and other lubricants and left on for hours at a time and generally bashed about. It has never left my side as an EDC and has never let me down, it still holds the specified charge/hours of usage. A true testiment to great design.
It's a shame I can't attach a photo of it onto this, it looks like a shed but still functions like new

Extremely disappointed with Nitecore, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

I purchased a Nitecore NB10000 Gen3 in March 2025.

In June 2026, the battery stopped working:

* the charging indicator light no longer works
* the battery no longer recharges
* the battery no longer charges my phone

The purchase was made from an authorized retailer who has since gone out of business.

Unable to contact the retailer to make a warranty claim, I therefore contacted Nitecore directly.

And that’s when things became a nightmare.

I was told that I had to send the product back to their factory in China, with the shipping costs both ways entirely at my expense!!

So, just to be clear, I am expected to pay €70–80 in shipping costs for a product that originally cost me €85.

I objected to this, and was offered a $56 discount on a NB10000 Gen4, which is sold for $83.

Then I was subsequently told that $56 was actually the price after the discount, and that there was nothing more they could do for me.

So in reality, the “discount” was just $27.

Absolutely terrible customer service, conducted in very poor English, which makes it extremely difficult to properly understand the exchanges.

In conclusion: Nitecore is good at marketing, and that’s about it.

A brand to avoid at all costs, at least when it comes to buying a power bank.

I like my Nitecore torch very much and so when it stopped working I was sad. I suspected the end cap and switch. I was delighted to learn there’s a compatible part which I ordered from the UK distributor and it arrived the next day! Brilliant service all round. In my case the issue was actually the button on the battery which I lifted up and that solved my problem. Despite that I now have a spare switch and I know Nitecore stand behind their products. Very pleased.

Great service. Faulty battery replaced with no delays

I ordered a nef nano fan and it was delivered in under 24 from ordering. Absolutely brilliant service and a brilliant little fan, 5 star service at its best.

I have bought 2 of the Nitecore chargers specifically to charge 21700 batteries as these chargers actually accept this size not like others that are supposed to but the batteries are too big to fit, I am so happy that these Nitecore chargers are absolutely brilliant great site fast delivery they are the Muttz Nuttz ( compliment) thank you so much for brilliant products .

Fast, efficient, friendly and, more importantly, responded immediately and helpfully to a technical problem - can't praise or recommend them enough.

Great company, great products, great after sales and super fast dispatch. What more could you want?

Delivered professionally before expected delivery date.

Purchased an EDC 37 and unfortunately managed to break the oled glass display cover. I reached out to Nitecore who rapidly sent out a replacement part free of charge. With full fitting instructions.Thank you Nitecore!! Outstanding customer service and communication 😀

Quite apart from the excellent product the service I got when I messed up my payment - entirely my fault - was extremely rapid, friendly and 100% effective. Very impressed and will not hesitate to use them again.

I have a Nitecore EDC 29 Flashlight and the partial press button that toggles through the light intensities failed.
I emailed Nitecore, they emailed straight back and asked for the serial number.
I sent it, they confirmed immediately that the torch was still under warranty and sent a return label (via royal mail app)
I posted the Flashlight on Monday. The following day I had an email from Emma to say a replacement was on the way. If Royal Mail do their part, I should have the replacement within 48 Hours of posting the one with the fault.
Not an exciting story but very prompt and friendly service. Excellent.

Arrived on time fully charged used on a trip on the Ross on Wye river to keep my GoPro running. Worked perfect very happy with the power bank

I ordered 3 batteries and dealt with a gentelman called Anthony, he went out of his way to assist me and the order arrived the next day. Anthony was just brilliant and i am really pleased.

Very prompt delivery and pleased with the purchase. The single battery recharger did exactly what I wanted.
