Nitcore are the cream of the crop when it comes to torches! I recently purchased an EDC29, and I must say that it punches well beyond its weight. Incredible performance built into a sturdy and tactile shell. I prefer more waterproofing of the torch to at least IP68, but that's my only gripe. Buy one!

I have the EDC29 and i love it.The torch is an excellent weight and has a really nice machined feeling in the hand. If I was to make improvements though I would have the lock switch not protrude so much and I'd slso have the ability to switch the screen off, the information it provides is nice to have but rarely useful. The two switched on the butt are great but I'd put a switch on the side just beneath them with some functionality. I deal with cash so I'd like to see a low wattage 365nm UV light but that isn't useful for everyone. I more than happy with my EDC29.

I purchased the Mt1a pro torch and the NB 10000 Gen 3 power bank.

Was very pleased with both products, the power bank is very compact and charges devices quickly, the torch has a great beam length and is very powerful running off the supplied rechargeable battery, even running off a standard AA it packs a punch.

Really impressed with this brand.

Excellent customer service, shipped out same day. Mosquito repeller (EMR40) performed well alongside a gas powered Thermocell in some seriously mosquito infested wetlands (Camargue), and is compact enough to be clipped to your pocket or backpack whilst it’s running, unlike the Thermocell.

I’d recommend using Thermocell mats for the EMR as the supplied Nitecore mats didn’t seem to generate the amount of vapour of those made by Thermocell.

Awesome processing, which means I received the item in a timely fashion and the quality is great.

It’s refreshing to find a company with good customer service these days . I sent an enquiry about the correct battery for my C17 . 5 min later I had a reply which had a direct link to the product. An hour after placing my order I received a dispatch notification on top of my confirmation notification of sale at the time of my order .

I purchase 18650 Li-Ion batteries for my shortwave radio. I can't say that their customer service is either good or bad, because I have not needed to get after-sales service. However, I highly recommend Nitecore batteries because I find that they are well made and all my orders have arrive in a timely manner.

Very good quality products. Owned a Tip before it died after a few years of heavy use replaced it with a TIP2 and also just bought a TIKI.

Not impressed with the customer support though. When my TIP2 stopped charging I contacted them. They're seriously asking me to show them the original packaging...! They say this has the serial number on it.

Have used Nitecore torches for some time. Incredibe products. Recently had an issue with one that became damaged. Contacted nitecore.co.uk and was asked to send back to them where it was repaired free of charge. Excellent customer service which is only surpassed by their products. Will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs to buy a torch or accessories.
