We have been thoroughly impressed with the NJS property group! They promptly answered any questions we had before the survey and were very quick and efficient at getting the survey booked in and sorted. We had regular communication with them and Ishaan called after the survey to run through his findings. This was very reassuring and he was clear and thorough too! The report came shortly after and we found this to be extremely comprehensive. Thank you NJS property group and Ishaan for your hard work.

NJS were extremely efficient, and at a great price.
Their digital portal was easy to setup, always on hand to be phoned if needed, and allowed for a smooth survey, which was preceded and followed up a phone call to explain the steps clearly.

Extremely responsive, visit booked within 3 days of initial quote and by day 5 our Red book report was all ready. Natasha was absolutely brilliant and understood time pressures and expedite the process. Could not be more pleased and grateful!

I asked NJS to do a level 3 survey quickly on a 100 year old property my son wants to buy. Natasha called the same day and reserved a survey spot within 5 days. Ishaan did the survey and called me the same day to talk through findings (Friday late afternoon), then emailing me the survey on Sunday evening. Fantastic service and at a competitive price (although we should worry about Ishaan's work-life balance!).

We used NJS for a level 3 survey on a property we are purchasing. As first time buyers, we needed some guidance - NJS provided this and more. We had a full quote breakdown and was shared examples of reports we would receive.
The survey was booked in within a week via the estate agent so felt hassle free. On the day of the survey, we had a phone call going through the top level findings and the gentleman on the phone was happy to provide further context where needed. The survey came through via email 3 working days later and the whole process was very smooth sailing!

The surveyor provided exceptional service by immediately calling us with their findings of severe defects. They were understanding of our situation and professionally offered a discount on our next survey when we didn't proceed with the first property. Communication throughout was excellent. They were so proactive, taking time to explain what a survey is and why we may want different levels as first time buyers. Whilst proactive, they also weren’t pushy, giving us time to process information and not feel pressured to use their services. We went ahead with a level 3 survey and this was done so promptly and in-depth. We got a phonecall straight after the survey was complete to let us know it was done, if there were any major concerns and when we can be expecting the report. I would definitely use this company again and so would my mum who has moved over 10 times and hasn’t had such a swift and professional survey experience!

Had a level 3 survey carried out by this company. From the start very professional and courteous but had to wait a long time for the survey to take place. I was given one date but then the survey was booked for a date 3 days later. There was also some spelling errors on the survey so I believe overall 4 stars is appropriate as there’s always room for improvement. The survey report was very detailed which I would expect for the price paid.
