Very bad experience would never recommend my car got hit by thier insured driver was treated very unfairly terrible communication and still without own vehicle as they refuse to pay storage fees

Worst claim company ever

Worst claim company ever. They do not respond to emails, and my car has not been fixed properly. I am very disappointed with the service they provided. I expected a much better level of professionalism and communication.

I have horrible experience with Noble Claims Service.
They unless.
I did provide them with clear footage from my accident yet they failed to verify with third parties liabilities saying name i provide isn't matching.
Well presumably drivers causing accident did fail to identify himself honestly!
They forcing me to either cancel my clime or face possible liabilities for my claim ( again having clear HD video all with car registration as well clear driver image , as he steps out of vehicle).
I did ask for cash settlement.
Again problem and whaaping 500£ additional exces charge???
When I was buying insurance nobody mentioned that?
Sadly saying, James P. as he's handler isn't customer friendly person, driven purley by greed (referral fees he would earn). .
