I contacted Sam at No Fuss Holidays a couple of days ago, having previously booked 2 cruises with her before. Sam is so personable and extremely knowledgeable. Sam answered all my questions and hey ho, we booked another cruise with her. And within 24 hours we received the holiday booking. I can highly recommend Sam, a trouble free booking and no sitting in a Travel Agents for hours. So stress free.

So a year ago we booked an Ambassador Cruise to Scotland and Norway in March 2026 for 16 nights.
We used Sam at No Fuss Holidays. Unbeknownst to us we were entered into a competition that Sam was running.

Low and behold we won the Festive Christmas Taster on Ambition. (Some of the photos are from Ambience. As I'm sure both ships are decorated with similar stock).

It was 3 days and 2 nights of an unforgettable high quality Cruise.

We couldn't fault anything. We did upgrade to a suite.

I have a severe food allergy and was so anxious about whether the chefs would understand.

Sam assured me that she had informed Ambassador and to try not to worry.

We had only been on board for half an hour when I had a one to one meeting with the head chef.

They got it spot on and if anything they were so concerned they wouldn't get it right.

The food was delicious and the staff so friendly.

We didn't want the cruise to end.

Sam is so professional and her attention to detail is incredible.

We will definitely book any holiday with No Fuss Holidays.

Fantastic service from both Sam and Catherine. So helpful - both pulled out all the stops, late into the evening, to secure me the last Solo cabin on a Christmas cruise that I was optimistically holding on for a late deal. Really prompt returning calls and responding to my emails. I will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them for my travel needs. Same price as booking direct but with the reassurance and friendliness of a personal service from an independent business.

Sam @ Nofussholidays has arranged 2 cruises for me, end of July and Christmas/New Year, both processes where excellent, Sam walked me through my Solo booking to celebrate my 65th, I was nervous but she reassured me, I’m beyond excited.
Booked the 2nd cruise and later decided to book the carpark which Catherine sorted for me. Couldn’t have wished for a more professional service 5*****

Sam and Catherine put together a bespoke holiday for 4 of us. Flights transfers hotel and a NCL cruise from Athens. Amazing package at a great price. Better still great personal service.

We booked a cruise with Sam at No Fuss Holidays last year, after seeing her on Facebook, and she was brilliant. Got us a better deal than booking direct and she was so lovely and efficient. So when we decided to do another cruise with our friends I had no hesitation in going back to NFH. Sam was taking a break so Catherine looked after our enquiries and subsequent booking. Catherine is equally as lovely and efficient as Sam. The service they both give is excellent. I messaged Catherine on Sunday not expecting a reply until Monday at least but she replied very quickly same day!
