I came across Sam and No Fuss Holidays on a FB browse and I’m so glad I did. We have always booked our cruises direct but Sam was able to do a bit better on price, which was great. She was so helpful and patient with all our questions and new thoughts.
Have already approached her for another holiday.

Received a phone call from Sam that evening ( where do you get that sort of service?), Sam discussed our requirement's, explained what was available in cabins, choices soon made.
Sam so calm, & reassuring, no rushing.
Emailed instructions for deposit , easy peasy for me to follow.
So lovely to have Sam dealing with our cruise, I feel very confident that as an independent she puts her heart and soul into getting it right.👏🏻👏🏻

Just booked Ambassador cruise for 2026/7 at a great price with Sam. Great service, friendly and efficient. I was nervous as this is a move away from my usual Agent but am so pleased that she secured the cabin of our choice at such a great deal. Highly recommend booking with Sam.

I have booked my third cruise with Sam and would have no hesitation in recommending her. I messaged Sam about my latest cruise, not knowing she was on holiday. But that didn't stop her booking it for me while on her own cruise, and getting me an even better price. Not only that, when the price had gone down after booking, she contacted them and arranged onboard credit to make up the difference. What a superstar!

Sam is a lovely lady to have as my travel agent. She is totally efficient but also friendly, caring and goes the extra mile. We found chocolates and a card from Sam in our room wishing us a lovely cruise. Who else does that! We have booked four cruises and a holiday to Turkeye through Sam. She always gets the best price.
