Had been following Sam on a Facebook group and when a special offer came up my chance to use her services. I had previously booked direct (online) with the cruiseline and I have to say I didn’t encounter any problems with our trip. However, given the additional issue of making the best of the offer available I am delighted to have used Sam. She sorted everything out, quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Sam was very helpful when we wanted to book a cruise for March 2025 as the special offer was supposed to be only on the Saturday booking. We rang on the following Monday & she managed to obtain the special offer for us . This is the second cruise we have booked with her. Nothing is to much trouble .
