Never got my order.
I canceld it two month ago and never got my money back. Fake Website.

I ordered shoes,payed and they never came with minimal correspondence. I got informed it was because they only had 4 staff. I’m waiting since November now still no refund. They have actually robbed me of 300€ .

I ordered trainers 30 November and was promised them for Xmas. Never came but wasn’t a big deal because I knew they would take a while to create. However it went into February and no shoes and no communication. Eventually they contacted me to say my order was canceled and I’d receive a refund as it was past the 120 days per contract. Still 2 weeks later no refund. They’ve only 4 staff I was told. I’ve had to seek legal advice as no correspondence from them now at all.

Bought there clean your home in minutes mop. I loved her idea of being able to close the mop to squeeze the water out.
The mop does not work. The mop does not squeeze so I can wring it out. This is clearly seen in their advert. Can’t believe the customer service. Even having sent a video they’re still saying it’s ok

scammed me out of over £200!!!! bought customised shoes from them in september and they never got sent i was offered full refund, been in contact with the bank, clearpay and merchant and NOBODY will do anything as they have very sneakily set their limit to 120 days as they know clearpay and the bank won’t refund after that period of time! promised refunds multiple times, immediate bank transfers, THE LOT but never received anything, made me open a dispute for clearpay to confirm they can’t help and then made me send confirmation and wait days on end for clearpay to email them with the same reply just to tell me what i told them! still arguing with company and been BLOCKED on social media for outing them as scammers! Everybody in the same prediciment as myself with this company (NONE OF ZERO) should contact trading standards they should not get away with this they are thiefs !!!!

Ordered customised shoes as Christmas present for 12yo daughter. Paid extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Chased many times and given the run around.

Asked about cancelling the order and told the cancellation charge would be 25% plus 5% for every week since order. Given the time they’ve taken that amounts to 75% of the cost.

Now hiding behind the small print that says order can take up to 120 days. Contradicts the additional charge for Christmas delivery, that they ‘ran out of sequins’, ‘awaiting quality check’ (since 31st Jan), ‘will be with you on Thurs 16th’….

120 days is 5th April but ‘shoes will be with you next week’. Really?

Shoes aren’t shipped as they’re ready, ‘they are shipped together’. What does that mean? They supposedly use Royal Mail 24. Why do they have to go out in bulk?

Dishonest, appalling service.

UPDATE: STILL NO REFUND BLOCKED ON SOCIAL MEDIA CANT GET THROUGH. SHOCKED AND APPALLED BY THE LACK OF CONTACT FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
This company is disgusting. Products ordered in September, never showed. Refund promised still waiting. It will be sorted within 72 hours that’s all I keep getting. I will not recommend nor will I use this company again. After checking Facebook review too seems someone else has had the same problem.
Avoid at all costs!!! Disgraceful customer services too.

Do your research and don't order from the one man LTD company scam. You will be waiting the full term to no get your shoes and have to fight them for a refund. Check his social medias and you'll soon realise that all the followers are paid for and not legitimate following. All the reviews on Google and here are also bought. Don't fall for it.

Order a pair of customised airforce from this website looked legit when I was look up the website! I order the trainers in August and have still not received them. I had to wait 120 days before I could even argue with them about not receiving my trainers for such a long time! Once the 120 days were up I got on to them and they gave me a full refund but it’s still not the point you have to wait 120 days before you can do anything!! Absolute scam!!!!

The shoes that I ordered looked great and fit perfectly! Nothing bad to say about ordering shoes from here!

Terrible communication and I still did not get my shoes it had been over 5 months and still nothing! I’ve got my full refund from PayPal but the owner of the company refused to give me my full refund till 120 days. He also promised me inaccurate dates of the shoes every single time I messaged him. He made silly excuses as well. It took ages for him to reply as well. I do not recommend to buy from this place. Absolutely terrible and a horrendous scam! DO NOT BUY!!!

The shoes are amazing , loved them , but the writings started peeling off directly , other than that the shoes are so cute

Don't trust these. They are some back ally teens that are pure scammers. If you are stupid enough to buy from them after reading this then you deserve to get robbed.

NOZ IS AWFUL! The shoes I order took over 6 weeks to arrive when they did finally arrive, they were absolutely awful the diamonds had fallen off and the custom Dior letter were pealing off. I hadn’t even taken the plastic off them! I just wanted my money back but they refused to do so. I would not recommend at all.

Ordered two pairs of Dior trainers early July was told will have the first pair within a week as a gesture of good will and the second pair no later than 6 weeks we are now in October and no trainers had to contact my bank to get money back as he told me beginning of September they will be with me within a week on two occasions then he completely blanked me. Was more than patient with him should not make promises he can’t keep when taking a large amount of money I believe he is definitely a con artist so be very careful who you give your money to nothing but a time waster.

Great product and the seller went above and beyond to get the shoes done for my daughters birthday. I highly recommend if you are looking for something different in your trainers.

none of zero more like none of refunds and none of shoes but a whole lotta stealing your money and wasting your time. It’s been 6 months no refund and no shoes.

Absolutely amazing there care and service given was unbelievable kept us updated on everything will definitely be ordering agian
Would recommend 1000000 percent and the shoes just wow by far my favourite pair I own
