Have to say after waiting a while for my custom trainers they arrived and are bloody gorgeous and well worth the wait

Purchased from them multiple times before and needed a custom pair in a short time for my sisters birthday. Had to pay a bit extra and needed some help after ordering the customer service was super helpful. Came just in time as promised and my sister loves them! The best gift you can give someone who’s into fashion. Expect to see me again at Christmas NOZ!

Little to no communication after you place your order. Like others here, my order completed on 17th May 2022 (having been placed in March 2022) and was in 'quality check'. By 29 July it was over 120 days since I placed my order. I had been requesting updates by email, whatsapp, facebook messenger but no response.
I requested a refund via Paypal last Wednesday and cancelled my order.
The whole experience was frustrating, disappointing and a waste of my time.

NONE OF ZERO right enough, ZERO shoes, ZERO refund and ZERO customer service!!!
Shoes ordered in March and still waiting..they keep threatening that if you cancel, within the 120 days in their terms and conditions, then you lose your money!!
Paid express delivery of £75, what a joke that is, and been told that this has been refunded, GUESS WHAT?
Absolute SCAM, stay away and don't comment on their Instagram page because you'll be blocked!!!!!

None of zero need to work on there communication skills and deadlines as the quality and designs are worth the wait and worth the money but the lack of communication really brings it all down. Also don’t tell people they will be here on a certain date unless you know for sure as I am still waiting for these shoes that should of came on a Monday that is never going to come and I am still waiting for a full refund that they’ve now promised!

I first placed an order with none of zero in October as I wanted a pair of shoes for Christmas off my parents I then soon after placed an order again for shoes for my mum for Christmas. My shoes arrived after 2 weeks in perfect condition and I was updated throughout and I couldn’t wait to wear them. I then waited and waited for my mums shoes to arrive, messaging but getting no responses until weeks later. When messaging them they would tell me they’ve been sent out and 2 weeks would pass and they would not be delivered. My mums shoes which had been promised to be delivered with plenty of time before Christmas finally arrived Christmas Eve! Not only late but also in a poor condition as I felt these shoes had been rushed the diamonds on them where not on properly which led them to fall off straight away and I was not happy but could not do anything about this as it was too late. I then expressed how I felt over this and the team gave me a 50% refund for the shoes and also added in a new pair of shoes as these diamonds had started falling off already. I was very happy with this service. It is now May (5 months later) and I am still waiting for these replacement shoes and I have messaged again and again and they told me they would be delivered Monday, this Monday never came. Not once did they message me telling me what was going on if I didn’t harass them I would’ve lost my money and ended up with no shoes. If they couldn’t fulfil their agreement why offer new shoes I was happy with just a refund. They are now giving me a full refund as they are still not happy with the shoes and do not want to send them even though they told me they will be arriving on another Monday that will never come! All I’m hearing is excuses! How does any of this make sense they lie and have continued to lie as I am still waiting for the rest of the refund 6 months since Christmas!

After waiting from March 2022 I received my daughters trainers quite disappointing! I was expecting them to be perfect one trainer was out of shape and some of the dior design was damaged! I waited so long for these trainers and was told we will put the crystals on the nike sign as a good deed but that didn't happen! The pacaging wasn't the same standards as they post on tik tok! Very disappointed az these are a 16th birthday present not happy at all! Customer service is pretty poor also and the attitude from the person I spoke to in the WhatsApp told me they didn't care if I canceled mu order and that I would be in debt when I paid the trainers in full.

i paid 214£ 1st dec 2021. i still have not received my refund or shoes 6 months later. which i have been consistency informed this was happening, im disgusted with the whole unprofessionalism of none of zero. I demand full refund and my shoes.

Ordered a pair of shoes back in January and still haven't received, been telling me since March that they are near finished l, but still no shoes?

14 weeks I have been waiting now for a 6 week order. Nothing but hassle. I would recommend you don’t order from him.Absolutely appalling customer service and very bad business ethics. Does not answer the phone. Takes days and days to reply to messages then when he’s does he’s extremely rude and condescending and lies lies lies. When asked for a refund he wants to take from you for failing to produce the order almost half of what you’ve already paid him. The most disgusting company I’ve ever had the misfortune to do business with yet I haven’t done business I’ve just been shafted out of my money doubt I’ll see any of it or the shoes. Total con artist who I’ve reported to the relevant authorities.

I am ecstatically happy with my new trainers. they took around about eight weeks that Being said communication was spot-on very helpful nice and polite! The shoes look amazing I’ve got the reflective oblique Jordan 1s details spot-on and I couldn’t fault 1 single thing

Definitely worth the wait, the shoes look amazing!!!!! Even better than the pictures online. Took about 5 weeks to come, but i completely understand why after seeing the detail. Will be back soon once its Spring season.

I ordered a simple shoe with an orange tick and splatter on the sole. These guys gave me exactly what i wanted, and made sure the price reflected the simplicity.. got them in 2 weeks, and great packaging experience with the plastic wrapped shoes, and a real photo printed of my shoes.

I ordered in November 21’ custom made trainers for my Godson £309.00 as paid extra for Christmas delivery, nothing received. I received in January the fee back for Christmas delivery and 10% off trainers. Waited another month still nothing avoided my texts and WhatsApp messages my best mate called too. No refund so I went through Visa to get refund and still refusing to pay back money. Thank god I paid on a credit card. We are now in March my poor Godson aged 13 has no Christmas present and was meant to be joint with his birthday later this month. Don’t touch them! None Of Zero stands for no trainers and zero refund! Crook!

I would NEVER shop from this business ever again in life. Because of this seller, they ruined a very special day for my husband and I by failing to produce my order on time. I placed my order for a custom shoe a month in advance and the seller didn’t even begin production on my shoe up to the day it was supposed to be shipped. Once confronted about the issue all they could say was they were busy with other orders. Horrible customer service and bad business practices, don’t buy from this seller!
