Our house was on the market with another agent but getting little interest. We received a letter through the post from Normie offering to take a look and see if they could do better. We contacted Josh and found his attitude friendly, straightforward and trustworthy. Josh took some great photos and video (not just a video made up of photos like some other agents). We quickly had several viewings and offers and Josh helped us work through the positives of each buyer.

Natalie took over from Josh and navigated the sale through, working with us and our buyer. Natalie was always friendly, easy to get hold of and quick to reply if she had been out of the office.

I was looking for a flat to rent during a very difficult and stressful time. Caroline has been very helpful and understanding from the beginning, whilst always being completely professional. She helped me in every way she possibly could, whilst also considering the position of the Landlord she was representing; always being honest and fair to both of us. She communicated with the Landlord and organised improvements to the flat which have made it much more pleasant to live in, and I am very grateful to both her and the Landlord. Everything was done quickly and she always responded to my emails and phone calls, keeping me in the loop. When Caroline wasn’t available to speak to, David and Diane were always helpful. Caroline supported me in having somewhere to live, in the area I needed to move to. It's all positives from me! A huge thanks to Nigel and the team for the handling of my house sale. From start to finish the service was excellent with Josh's valuation, arranged promptly during a period of high demand, the superb marketing and handling of viewings, which then happened at lightning speed, all despite the tricky lockdown restrictions. The eventual sale was by no means easy, due to some very frustrating legal issues along the way, but throughout it all I found Nigel to be both reliable and extremely professional. Caroline at Normie and Co has restored my faith in estate agents! My property was being managed by a different agent and my experience with them was horrific. I eventually changed over to Normie & Co towards the end of 2020 and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Because the previous agent had dismissed any work that needed doing to my property, it was in such a state. As soon as these issues were raised to Caroline, she immediately appointed a builder to inspect and now, 6 months down the line, the house is as good as new. Caroline has had so much patience with my never ending pestering & non stop questions, but she replies immediately and is so informative. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially Caroline

I've just completed my purchase with Normie helped along at every stage by Nigel who couldn't have done more. When I initially spoke to him to talk through the type of property I was interested in, he promised me he would keep me in mind when something came up and he did just that! Although I am not looking to sell anytime soon I wouldn't hesitate in calling Nigel and would recommend him to friends and family, particularly in the Unsworth/Sunnybank area - there really is no one more knowledgeable.
