My property was on the market with another agent for 6 weeks with no interest, offers and the agent was encouraging me to reduce. I rang up Normie and Co and spoke to Josh, he gave me thorough and honest advice and believed that it was actually the way the property was being marketed that was letting my property down. He came round and did amazing photos and video tour and put my property on for slightly higher than the original agent had it on for and they secured 9 viewings within the first few days and an offer £10k higher than the other agent had it on the market for!!! My only mistake was not ringing normie and co earlier! Highly reccomend Josh and his team - thank you all!!

We have been tenants with normie and co now for 8 years. We have recently moved address and had to deal with other agency’s normie is exceptional in how they deal with you. Any issues were dealt with most of the time the same day. Never to busy to have a chat and discuss what the issue is regardless of how many times you call. David and Diana are a credit to there Lettings department. I will miss having them on the other side of the phone. Thank you for the past 8 years

Amazing company, extremely professional from start to finish. more than happy to answer all worries and concerns. Can't thank and reccomend enough. I couldn’t fault the service from Normie & Co. As a first time buyer the whole process was very new for me and Nigel was fantastic every step of the way. I always felt well informed by the agency and knew I could pick up the phone and have my questions answered. The final touch of a lovely ‘moving home’ pack was the icing on the cake when picking up my keys!

This is the second property I’ve sold with Normie & Co, once again Nigel was professional, helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. The marketing was fabulous, not planning on moving any time soon but wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend normie and company..when I first decided to sell my property I was captured by David's approach to marketing on social media. Very professional, innovative and up to date. I contacted him through Facebook and he came out to visit me in a couple of days. He was very positive and saw all the good points to my home and its location. I had no hesitation in appointing him. The photos and video that he took were excellent and we had a buyer within 8 weeks. From then on I dealt with Nigel and Natalie who kept me up to date with the sale on a weekly basis. Always answered the phone, always had time for you no matter how busy they were and always honest!!! Having regular contact with the same person who understood your position doesn't compare to the cheap self service companies out there offering house sale packages.
