Lovely peaceful location. Venue was very clean and set out for social distancing but as we were a small family unit, common sense was applied. Have used this crematorium before and would use again.

A lovely setting.

Pretty surroundings the only thing disappointing after a 70mile trip to collect our loved ones ashes felt like collecting a parcel from the post office, we were asked our loved ones name on arrival, 4 other staff flitting around behind chatting away, the lady got a box out from under the counter, asked for ID and to sign a form then she put it in a gift bag and pushed it towards us..like we've just bought an object or something? ..the whole thing must have taken under 60 seconds. Very bizzare experience.

I understand the difficulties with covid effecting things but it would have helped to have been offered just 5 mins to collect our thoughts in a little side room or something I hope this is something you can offer your customers after this pandemic? even 'we're sorry for your loss' wouldn't have gone amiss, with respect, collection of our loved ones ashes felt more like an everyday transaction, there was no human touch whatsoever. Which was sad.

Though the most important thing is our loved one is home now.

On the 17 November 2020, we had a service for my mum, the service was carried out in a professional manner, everyone made sure we were ok and explained each stage to give us comfort while saying bye, the settings are absolutely beautiful

I was told that the supplied photograph of my partner Brenda whose funeral it was would be displayed on the screen and it was not. Other than that every thing was fine.

Everything went exactly as planned. Very smoothly and service was lovely

The service was very good and went well, but unfortunately it was like a cattle market in the sence one in one out basis, there was no time to hang around. I do understand it is very dificult at this time but for grieving families its not nice to have to rush.

What a lovely place to say goodbye to your loved ones. Tranquil & calm, for reflection. Lovely would thoroughly recommend this place

A beautiful setting, a beautiful service, and fantastic visual, sound and media facilities.

I cannot thank the team at North Herts Memorial enough for the wonderful and personal care given as we said a sad farewell to my beautiful mum. It is a superb venue, equiped with modern technology which enabled our family from all over the world to join us virtually in the service. It is also set in lovely grounds where we have been able to leave a small but beautiful memorial to mum in the form of a rose bush. The care offered to my family before, during and after couldn't be faulted. I would happily recommend anyone who has to sadly say goodbye to someone they love to consider using them.

We did not have very much to do with you, really. The funeral director organised everything and we were only there for 10 minutes. We arrived late and that did not cause any troubles so that was good, the sound system was very good and played out music well. So fine.

We had my dear dads funeral at North Herts Memorial Park and all I can say is it was a such a sad day as anyone can imagine but it was beautiful too. The place itself is very peaceful and pretty and we had so much respect from everyone involved.
