Its the anniversary of the buriel very soon and my dearest wife Kathryn, God bless her ,will be remembered and loved by many. The service conducted by Linda our orator was sympathetic and professional and the staff were exemplinary .Thankyou.

This was a lovely calm, modern and respectful space for my Mum's service. Everything was organised directly with our funeral directors which made it less stressful. We were pleased that the service was able to be webcast so my sister could join us live from Australia and many of my Mum's friends were able to watch online too.

Sadly I have had to use the services of North Herts Memorial Park. However, although relatively new, the site is immaculate and well tended to by friendly staff. I visited the site to have a look when deciding on options. This was a difficult time for obvious reasons and a challenge to organise with restrictions. With no appointment, I was greeted with such a welcoming response and offered a chance to look around. All questions were answered with no pressure. There was no question that this was the right place. The service went seamlessly and I am now aware of a few friends who have organised a plan for themselves here. It's difficult to be in this decision making situation but North Herts Memorial Park was professional, friendly, clean, peaceful and provided a dignified service for our loved one.

We were all well satisfied with all the funeral arrangements for my sister, including the venue.

A very peaceful place to say goodbye to your loved one. The service went ahead with every respect shown to me and my family and friends.
My only remark would be that it was not clear where the entrance for the service was when we arrived in the car park. Once we had walked around the building we found the side entrance. It maybe that because of the sadness of the occasion I did not see any obvious signs but perhaps it might be prudent to ensure the funeral companies make their customers aware.

Very impressive facility, very nice setting, everything went really well, no complaints

The building is well laid out , seating comfortable, atmosphere is pleasant.
Facilities for mourners are well thought out and allow for easy access and departure. Can be a bit windy when outside.

Plenty of parking and sympathetic rememberance garden.
One thing to improve is the camera quality for webcasts/recording.

Due to the pandemic we were all extremely nervous about going to a funeral and it being our mum but we were treated amazingly and we weren’t rushed or pushed everything was perfect and we can’t thank the staff enough

What I found so pleasing was the peaceful and tranquil setting and the unhurried way the service was dealt with. At no time did we feel that there were other people waiting for their service so we were not hurrying to get our service finished .
Iwas impressed with all the planting and the feeling of peace of the setting a feeling of being in the country side which is so different from other crematorium I have visited.
My family and I were pleased that at the end the curtains were left open.

Our funeral for mum went without a hitch. The staff were professional and discreet. The circumstances were obviously more difficult due to covid restrictions but the people at North Herts handled everything brilliantly.
