I am very new to the meal prep market and prior to Nourishprep I was ordering from Simmer.
Nourishpreps meal exceeded expectations, their meals are so delicious I was actually surprised how flavoursome it is and the variety isn't bad at all.
The way they present their food is really good too and the order method and the delivery is seamless.
The price isn't too bad either for what they serve.
I will 100% recommend them and from one time order I have become their subscriber now.
I would like to see more red meat options as they have a lot more chicken options but that is due to my personal preference.

I’ve tried a lot of different meal prep companies, but Nourishprep truly stands out. Everything tastes fresh, perfectly portioned, and full of flavour. The service is reliable and super convenient. Honestly, the best I’ve had so far!

Norishprep is by far the best, food us freshly cooked, very delicious as well as the packing is very good. Definitely will order again.

We absolutely love the flavours of the Meals. It doesn’t feel like we are compromising taste for our health or to save time. We’ve tried all the major Meal Prep companies in the UK and the flavours just don’t come close. These meals taste like they have been home cooked so you always look forward to eating them.

The feedback I would have for the team is the labelling on the boxes could have more information. However, their response times on Instagram are super fast and they have already informed me that they are working on this.

All in all impressed and hope this will contribute massively to our lifestyle and fitness goals moving forward.

I've tried numerous meal prep companies like prep kitchen, muscle foods, Frive, simmer.. list goes on. But Nourish prep has been by far the best tasting food. Will be ordering again.

Fantastic personal service. Very responsive to queries and meals are fantastic.

I love this meal prep company, they’re reliable and I like the flexible of being able to order fairly last min as well. The flavours are great (not boring compared to other companies), chef is clearly well trained and most likely has restaurant experience. Also enjoy the variety of pasta dishes as well as rice. Portion sizes are very generous! Plus their protein pancakes are really good.

Some suggestions for improvement - less salt (especially on the steak and chicken dishes), some dishes could maybe do with less oil but don’t mind that too much, and more inclusion of veggies needed. Some dishes could also benefit from a sauce (such as the new steak and potatoes one) as can be a bit dry. Would also love to keep seeing new additions to menu as has been done recently. Overall amazing value for money, keep up the good work

Nourish prep is by far the best and nicest meal preps I have tried. I have ordered many times from here and can say the quality of food is amazing and tasty! The delivery comes on time straight to my door - nourish prep has helped me stay on track with my health goals and have lost 7kg so far.

I ordered the food couple of weeks ago and its surprisinglly very good, I didnt have much expectation but when i tried the food you know its healthy and it has flavours its like your eating restaurant food at your own comfort. I loved the jerk chicken rice and peas, salmon, and MPF speacial pepered steak.
It gets busy living in London and it saves time and helps me eat real food with shopping prices and having to cook yourself this was very satisfying.

Nourishprep had surpassed my expectations. I ordered from Nourishprep to help with weight loss programme. The expectations and what I received were so different. I always looked forward to my next order because it tasted better than anything I ever made and was healthy and helped with my weight loss programme.
