The experience has been great but a bit confusing at times. Wasn't sure how much control I had.

The eon went up another £12.00 per month and although the phones was a good swap you had got to pay off the rest of the bill before you could save anything, so you really didn’t save in the end.

It is so good to have one "real" person to search and find you the best deals on the market. Nous have saved me over £500 a year on my utilities and regular monthly payments. They communicate directly with each company and arrange set up. Nous recently helped me to challenge a broadband company who misled and sold me an inferior product. Their advice and support helped me to retrieve my original deal that they had originally found for me. Its good to have trust in a company with my best interests in mind.

Great help, i would of liked to be asked if i agree to the changes as there was a £50 leave fee which i wasnt aware of until the changed had happened

Great app, signed up and straight away it flagged I could save £288 on my electricity, it referred me to EON and took care of the transfer for me, all I had to do was say yes. A few days later I'm now with my new supplier. Easiest switch i've ever done, and I got £5 just for signing up.
