I tried Nous after hearing good reviews and wanting to see if it could save us money. Unfortunately I’ve had a pretty poor experience. They suggested an energy switch which I told them not to go ahead with as I wanted to look into it myself to double check everything. They then went ahead with the switch, I didn’t see the WhatsApp messages they had sent and didn’t try any means of communication to confirm I wanted to proceed when I had already set not to. I’m not stuck with an energy company with the most dreadful customer service who are refusing to switch us back despite being within the cool off period. The first time I knew we’d switch was when money had been taken from my account by the alternative energy company. I’ve fed back how poor my service has been to Nous but now being ignored and they’re not holding them self accountable for their poor service and accepting they switched despite my wishes. I’m now going to be out of pocket as the energy prices have gone up with my original provider

I cant recommend Nous enough, they did exactly as I had asked. Excellent service

I liked that I didn’t have to do anything at all, however I wanted to go on a fixed rate but they put me on a tracker with exit fees which isn’t ideal.
