Took weeks to arrive!
When wetted, made my clothes wet. Coolness didnt last as long as advertised. Soon dried out. Shaking to reactivate did nothing. Waste of money really, a teatowel would have had the same effect!

Extremely disappointed with this service. I’ve been waiting over a month for my parcel, and there is still no sign of my order. Communication has been poor, and I’ve received no meaningful updates about the delay. Waiting this long without any resolution is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

The items I ordered took a long time to get delivered. Also, the cases were all mis-shaped & don’t stand up! The towels themselves are great, it’s a shame the accessories (storage pots) are sub-standard.

Can’t fit it into charging hole with phone case on, and it’s too much hassle to keep taking the case off so sadly won’t be using the charger

I had good service from customer service. I was worried because my package was taking a while to be delivered but they assured me it was ok anonymously it’s way and to be patient. It arrived safely. I am so pleased with it. I does exactly what it says it will do. Love this.

I like the product it was very easy to pack for my holidays the remaining larger bags are for bedding and linen. Great to bee so much go into a bag that previously took up so much space. Ive ordered more and will be tidying up all my wardrobes

Delivery wasa bit longer than expected and tracking was difficult but on the whole okay

Delivery took 3 weeks

This has been a very confusing experience.
I placed an order the beginning of July for 2x organic Castor oil roller ball items.
The order total was £26.24….but my bank account from Novevio was debited £38.20!!!!
I then contacted customer services and they said I had not placed an order.
My bank told me to wait and we could raise a claim.
The goods arrived!!!
Not sure they are as described either ..a “ Rose Quartz” roller, the roller looks like a standard plastic roller.
I’m filling out this feedback form as the company have asked for feedback!
Let’s see if anything happens.
A bit worrying that they take more £ from our bank than the order total.
Other reviewers have said this…so although the products might arrive, it’s still a “scam” of sorts.
The company seem very Chinese from their products and communication but state they have an office in Kingston, London.

Good material nice colours a little tight for size 16 though.

The blouse I bought was really nice and fitted well. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because it took a long time between ordering and receiving my item, I tried contacting the company, only for them to send me a copy of the confirmation email, nobody answered my query asking when I could expect delivery and I was not kept up to date on the status of my order, I doubt I will be ordering again,

It looks so easy in the advert, totally not, the water goes everywhere when pouring it in. The 'one push' release dont work. To bulky for my freezer where I could just put an ice.tray in. Dont member ordering two but got two, so can be given away.

Looks good but had to contact as charged me too much ! Did repay it but leaves you feeling unsure of company

Long wait for items to arrive and no basic exercise sheet included. Feels quite flimsy although quite comfortable to hold/use, but does not feel as if there is a lot of resistance, unsure it will really be robust enough or help.

Do not send materials that creases so bad .Package it so it's presentable,not the size of a pea
