Don’t bother they charge more than invoice total and I still haven’t received it back!!
How can they keep doing this to customers!! Unheard of to take more than the invoice amount!!

I did purchase one of the cooking towels last year but gave to son .
So just got two more one for daughter and myself .
They are just great at keeping me cool

Great value! Tried to track the package but my security system said to not go to the site. We believed thos was actually a scam. However...the 2 towels arrived the other day and we are both impressed! Please sort your tracking out for greater buyer confidence but otherwise really happy!

Cooling towels...yeah they are great when the company can get my order right. Still hasn't despite emails going back and forth.
Ordered 6 with their offer of buy one £9.99 get one free so got 3 sets with 1 blue/ rose and 2 blue/ Grey. Price £29.97 with £3 discount and free shipping , therefore £26.97
ONLY 2 sets of blue/Grey arrived, other missing. They even sent confirmation of my order.
Got in touch. Sent pics as requested and still they say warehouse packed right amount!
Their last email even included section of my order clearly showing 3 sets.
And they still had the cheek of taking £33.01....HOW DO THEY DO THEY THAT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY!?

Wow! This little Ice Towel is amazing! Wet it, wring it out, shake it about & it’s freezing!!🥶 Excellent little item, I bought 2 but if these heatwaves keep going I think I’ll have to buy mor for my family!

Great service updates regularly

The towels are a lot smaller than what is advertised so was a little dissapointed that they are so small. Otherwise would be a good item if they were a bit bigger

It was a 'slow' delivery time but as bought it for someone else I will not comment further.

the product I purchased was a load of rubbish, cost me £107, tried to return but had to get an authorisation first and "of course" it never came.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Excellent product well worth the money

I haven’t used the usb yet but the package was slit open at the wrong end and had a hole in the other end, so the delivery company needs to answer for the state of it on arrival….
